Review Of Viruksham Residency

First at arrival they gave the room same as published in site.Later in the evening they told us this is not our booked room and asked us to shift to other room which was entirely different from that published in site. Not the same room as shown in photos.Old dirty beds were given.We Booked room for 2 bed non ac and received 3 dirty bed room.Pillows were so hard.No blankest were received.Bathroom was clean.Staff mentally harassed us.Poor hospitality. Staff told they will refund the amount but didn’t received the amount till now.

Our stay and accommodation were superb — clean rooms and comfortable facilities. However, the staff and others were extremely greedy, constantly asking for money for everything. We had a bad experience with their hair removal service, where they charged despite the government providing it free, and even demanded ₹500 for an archana. The hotel staff and cleaners kept asking for tips, which made the overall experience unpleasant despite the nice stay.

Everything was very good, but for WiFi, the Internet connection was big time out of place

Location was very near to temple and also rooms are well maintained and clean.. it was a peaceful stay..

Decent hotel with basic amenities. Rooms after Clean and neat. Very neat to temple.

Stay was good. very good hygiene rooms. While booking there are no AC room options. After we went there we found AC in the rooms. we paid extra for the AC. AC options should be included while booking. because I felt we paid overall a little high price for the room.

Service was so good. Very near to Palani Murugan temple. One and only problem was parking space. But they managed it very well. Spacious and neat rooms. Bathroom and toilet were separately attached. So it was very helpful for a family stay. Staff are all very friendly and well mannered. Overall a very good experience with the property. Thank you

🕉️Saravanabava🙏 Palani🥭 Vriksham 🌴 Residency is in close proximity to Adivaaram of Palani Temple.I had a comfortable stay at the Hotel with neat & clean room.Also it is newly built & well maintained.Rates are also reasonable

Room was ok and the proximity to the temple was an advantage. However the elderly person at the reception was an unmitigated disaster. He has zero customer service skills and is downright rude and unpleasant in his disposition. This hotel needs people who can be cheerful and hospital to it's clients. It's only because of his not so pleasant disposition that I'm rating this property 1
