The rooms were good. But, the Hotel Manager's behavior was pathetic. Very rude behavior. He was forcing us to pay additional payment as the tip for the Hotel staffs there.

The accommodation was average overall. The bed was comfortable enough, but the toilet was not clean, which made the stay less pleasant. Basic cleanliness should definitely be improved.

Fan and tv were not working, and the room was also very small. staffs behaviour is not good. Rude to Guests.

Rooms are very average…with damp smell..costly compare to oter staying we have in the tour

hi quality of room is not good. they are not provided drinking water, we havw ask for dinner to bring.. they said ..it's distance you can buy from suggy tomato this type of reply hotel ac room in their tariff 1500 rupees ac but we have paid more to you this all my observation

Hotel near to Edumban temple little far from palani temple stay is ok for temple visitors. Service also Ok

The only benefit was tye rooms had AC. No toiletries were provided. Instead of blankets single sized sheets were given which were very thin. Hot water was not really available on the early.morning hours. Bed sheets were not clean.

Nice stay. Front office staff are very helpful. Neat and clean room for comfortable stay. Very near to rope car.
