It is old properry being renovated in phases. Rooms e quite ok, but lacks facility like deinking water, kettle, glasses. Eveeything needs to be ordered. Bathroom was messy and clogged, had to inform reception to clean it. No room service or upkeep even after informing. Resturant is down, food is good and cleanliness is to be scaled up

Worse check in experience. Given both our driving licence to Staff Parthasarathy. While checking my wife’s DL he said local address id is not allowed, since her parents house is in Palani, he insisted to show the marriage the mean while we showed wife’s Aadhar card which has the same address of my driving licence which is not the local address . Without even looking at the proof he said adhar card is not valid, provide marriage id. Den I argued why adhar is not a valid id , then upon asking he turned his words that I didn say adhar is not valid. His rude behaviour is not at all accepted. We have finished a funeral and checked in at night 11.30 and this stupid staff is harassing us. After that he silently gave the key and stood still, no apology has been given by him. Talk to manager in the morning and he left.I have immediately contacted the toll free after checking in and they tried contacting the hotel and they informed me that hotel is not answering the call. Kindly forgive us . But that never apologised for his rude and irritating behaviour.

Experience was good. The rooms were good and overall experience was also satisfactory.The surroundings inside hotel premises should be clean . No kettle for hot water making. Decent stay nothing much

it is nearer to palani railway station and hotel staff was very humble towards customer and I suggest to friends and family members also

Comparatively good hotel, big rooms, nice beds. Issue i faced is lack of lift facility which was problematic for my aged parents. Otherwiae overall okk

It's quite good but not worth for money. Room price per night was rs 2700 but there was no complimentary water bottle, no tissue, no elivator. If room price was rs 1750 then i would have given 5/5 rating.

This hotel was the worst in my opinion because the room was dirty and the washroom was not clean. The way the staff's and security guard behaved was not good. The images shown and the room we got there was terribly different.

Toilet and bathroom hour-able room are not clean. Full off dust and full of smell. We booked room for 2 days and checked out in one day itself

The rooms are average and not cleaned. You can find dust on the floor. The flush and taps are not working. When asked, they came and opened the valve in the bathroom, which was leaking continuously.

It is good. We can find food at gowri krishna hotel behind sowthiryam hotel. There food was very good. Temple arpund 1 km distance is there. Hotel rooms are very clean and service is very good.

Property is in good location. However, the hotel entrance quite bad with the wastes from the nearby restuarant. The room condition is also average and there was no wifi connection available.

Good location. Near palani railway station. Restaurant is beside the hotel. Neat & clean room & bathroom. Better if they fix an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The hotel was good as always. This is my second visit after 1 year and the welcome gesture was good. The food we have to order and give money to the hotel support staff and he will deliver us from the nearby hotel. They are very honest and the way they treat the customer is good.

Very worst fraudulent and cheating they blindly to no room is booked for us even though we booked in november for march staying as full payment while booking we waited for not less than 4hours in the the mean while i requested for a room for ladies refreshments they told me all' the rooms were full then we checked the mail in their hotel system and found the confirmation mail was given in november even both make my trip and goibbo didi sought out this matter then we made efforts for police complaint then only we got 2rooms instead of 3rooms and make my trip refund the one room we suffered a lot because of these 3concerns miss management i'm filing case on these 3concerns

Spacious room, smelly room, no elevator so it will be difficult for elderly people to climb up the stairs, around 3km from temple steps so local auto bros will charge you between 100 to 150 rupees. It has got a restaurant outside with very good taste and lot of options.
