Review Of Virasat Resort, Wai

I had booked this resort for 2 days 14 to 16 Aug. what I got in return is dirty commode and water taps and tiny bathroom. Not kettle available in room for hot water. no proper lights arrangements in room. No hot water was in tap in morning of 16 Aug. only 1 plate Poha or upma available for breakfast if you order more poha or upma it will be chargeable. 20 to 30 minutes take to serve breakfast. very limited staff to serve you. some staff is good but they are help less due to this mis management.

Stay was good. Room service was quick with slow connection facility to the reception. Room cleanliness was great. The food tasted okay. The price is comparatively high for a short stay.

Food was not good. Service was not good. Breakfast had only 2 option where as amount took per room

We have booked the room for 2 .They have only 1 variant room for two occupancy. also rooms are very basic as per price. Food and ambience was good

There was no geaser in the bathroom and staff were not giving onions with food as the prices of onions increased they said

There was a power generator but they didn't use it after power failure 2-3 times. There was too much noise around tent room. 50% food items mentioned in menu card are not available there. Furniture and bedsheets were old.

Hotel and food good at owner very cooperative staff also nice view boating in dam near 200feet only

Positive: the room was ok. View was good. Negative: terrible service. We took breakfast included in the stay. What we received is one small cup of upma or poha which even a child would be hard pressed to have been satisfied with. The owner wanted us to pay for every extra bit of breakfast that we had although it was the same upma or poha. (all of us had two cups of "breakfast) the entire experience left us with a very bitter taste in the mouth (pun intended.

Location is very good and even rooms are also clean. Near to d hum dam and even spacious parking area. Food is also good. Only one thing they should improve and that is complementary breakfast options. Overall very good and i can recommend it.

It's fantastic location to stay, staff were really great and food was really awesome and tasty. Nearby there are good places too to visit. Family and friends can go and enjoy a lot at wai.

Resort is at the banks of dham lake and mountains behind it. Excellent location with lot of greeneries around the resort, at good price.

It's in front of dham dam and view from room is pleasant. Can reach dham within a minute from resort. Food was yummy. Try there veg biryani, pithal bhakri. They prepare fresh food for you as per menu if informed them before an hour. Owner and staff are polite.

Staff is cooperative, nice getaway. Enjoyed

Awesome stay. View from Hotel was amazing, staff was very supportive and friendly, breakfast and dinner was yummy. Will surely stay again.
