Service was good and specially rooms were so clean also staff was so cooperation

Terribly maintained, dysfunctional place. Nobody cares about anything there. The watchman, himself spits pan inside the lift. The property was almost always out of water, the power cuts were terrible and to top it all off it was promptly infested with bedbugs and roaches. The lift was also unreliable and barely worked. Housekeeping is terrible for some reason they were after my cupboard. 0 hygiene sense, I even had to call Urban company to have the washrooms cleaned. Never book. both the companies must be accountable for such terrible service. Trust me, terrible is still an understatement. I had to get new pillows, bedsheets and a comforter because even the replacement I asked for smelt foul and awful. I had to get my own mirror, doormats, mug for the restroom, even the drinking water dispenser was not clean so I had to order water. One of the washrooms had a broken window from which pigeons entered and had built a nest inside. What I almost forgot to tell was the housekeeping is so bad that I had to call them to have the place cleaned after checking in because it had weird flies because of rotting eggs that were conveniently hidden under the kitchen slab and used . How does Zolo function like this?

the experience, and the hospitality provided by the caretaker were all gr8. I really enjoyed travelling here and will recommend this place to others.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a smooth check-in. Good for short stays on a budget. Wi-Fi and food options could be better. Overall, decent value for money.

Very pathetic service. Check in time was 1 pm and we reached at 9 pm, still the rooms were not ready. The rooms were dirty and the staff made us to wait for one hour so that they could clean the room. It appeared that the rooms were unoccupied for several days and were not cleaned.
