Hotel Crown Imperial

Well this hotel is at the centre of the highway . It’s not that well maintained . It’s ok ok ! A decent enough stay . They need to fix the breakfast , the room lights and of course they need to maintain better hygiene !

if I can rate service in negetive,then I will rate in negetive. if you just want a room with no service,can opt again the rooms are below avarage, worn out and not clean at all. they are charging minimum but it is worth of

Place very good clean room. But I felt room were bit small family other wise food is very good and tasty

Worst experience- worst food and worst service provided. Total waste of money staying at this hotel. Found aluminum pieces in food. If asked the employee reply was this is complementary food. Very worst experience. Bed sheets was damaged too. See the quality i have attached the food.

Terrible hygiene i have never experienced so dirty hotel in my life, sticking rooms, bed linen having spots all together, pillow covers smelling like rot, wash rooms dirty, all together terrible experience

Horrible rooms and services cockroaches were on bed, toilets washroom were not properly cleaned and lot of odour.

Lack of cleanliness, no fresh bed sheets, toilet not cleaned, not worth for rs 2300

Property is old, and need deep cleaning and renovations. Food is average, service is odd, no one will escort guest to rooms, they do repairs in room while guest is in the room. Staff need to learn more hospitality, specially counter staff. Please don't opt for breakfast, no worth for the money charged. Rooms furnishing is average. Wifi is good, all toiletries were provided, housekeeping is good.

Very pathetic hotel, fan was not working and ac is also not working at all. Will not recommend this hotel to any one.

The washroom was not clean, tap was leaking, yesterday water got over. And the staff came with a bucket of water. Yesterday mrng the electricity was not stable

The hotel room had poor maintenance. Most of the fittings in bathroom were broken. Wc and floor had salt deposits. There were frequent power failures. Wifi through promised was not available throughout. Wed was not prepared when occupied. Bedsheet and pillow covers were replaced after repeated reminders. Quilt cover was torn till got replaced. Curtains were not dry-cleaned for long and hook had come out. Response to requests was poor or no action taken. This hotel was not half the value of money paid.

I have never seen this stupid hotel in my life. Bathroom is not clean, tv is not working, even after paying extra money to take suit room, room is not available, our worst problem is food.

Property was not cleaned. When fan switched on dust particles started flowing from all sides. Bed had hairs from previous occupiers of the room. Glass was missing from bathroom window making uncomfortable to use it. Very few options of food for breakfast and that also we had to choose as no buffet available.

The hotel is good with good service along-with parking space at nashik pune highway. Rooms and bathrooms are big in size and clean. The food is nice and tasty.
