It was very bad experience

Location is good. If u looking to stay away from hubbub this is d place. Rooms r clean and well maintained. Bathrooms r okish. Ala carte food is good. Breakfast buffet okish. There was issue with hot water which was resolved same day. Good service. One of d staff was very rude

Lively stay, we stayed 5 pax for 3 days. Great locations, good clean large rooms & brilliant breakfast.

Stay was decent. Good room, all tourist points of wai are nearby. Very near to wai bus stand. Breakfast was complimentary with stay. But the options were limited. Poha and up-ma with tea was provided. Also there is swimming pool and indoor games. Overall decent stay, if we want to roam around wai the whole day, and for a night stay you can opt here.

Room is good. Facilities like hot water, tv connection not available at room. Very less option for complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were good. Amenities were good for spending some time. Staff was not supportive we asked them to keep a bottle in fridge but they disagreed even if there was space in fridge.
Safety was followed properly.

Waste if time and money.

Make my trip has mentioned the location as Wai-Panchgani road, infact it is in Wai. Secondly i booked the hotel cause it says it has swimming pool, but the truth is the swimming pool is under construction. Thirdly the hotel itself is under extensive renovation. We called Make My Trip from the hotel and told them about the problem to your executive Mr.Dutt, and told him that we are ready to overlook the state of the hotel if the room is uograded from non-ac to ac room. We even informed Make My Trip that we are ready to pay the extra Rs.600/- per room(Rs.1620/- for non-ac and Rs.2250/- for ac room) as indicated on your site. The executive Mr.Dutt told us to wait for 10 min as he needs to talk to hotel management. After being on hold for 20 min Mr. Dutt informed us that the hotel is demanding Rs.2000/- extra per room per night for conversion from non-ac to ac room. Mr. Dutt has recorded this detail under my booking detail. This seems to be a plan to con customers.I want full refund.

The hotel address mentioned is wrong on your site. It is not in Mahableshwar it is in Wai at foothills of Panchgani. There is lack of staff hence service is poor. The food was good though.

We waited for 15-20 minutes during the check-in. The receptionist was extremely casual and gave no courtsey to the guests that were checking in. This is probably because the same person was handling the restaurant and reception. Price should be lesser. Breakfast has option of Poha and bread ommllette only.

Good and well furnished rooms. 24 Hours Hot water facility available. The location is very excited the half an hour distance to Panchgani and one hour distance to Mahabaleshwar. State Transport facility will be available to and for. Services we received good. Best place to stay and enjoy the tour. The hotel situated before Ghat start. In the early morning advantage to running etc. Thank you.

Hotel is good with nice pool. However the pool was not clean at all. I have been charged 4000 rs for one room and 3000 rs for another per day. I thought they might give me 1 big room. But they dint. My child is only 5 years old for which we haven't even asked for extra bed as it was not required. I asked why you have charged me extra for same room. They respond its not our fault. Its fault of Makemytrip agency where you have paid. We haven't received the breakup of your payment from them. Now I don't know who's mistake it is. I have clearly mentioned the age of my child to makemytrip while booking. Felt cheated by both of them.

The rooms were very dirty, the services were poor. The place was very dusty around the breakfast counters. The restaurant is OK. The swimming pool is OK. Less staff in the hotel. No value for money.

Food quality and tase are good, though there are timing restrictions for certain items. View from the room is also good. Gym and Swimming pool are there but there could be more facilities like SPA etc. Cleanliness could be worked upon a lot, mostly the rooms have become old, that could be the reason, also no complimentary breakfast is one of the lowlights and was surprising.
