Review Of Vimoksha Resorts

We go to Ranikhet only to stay in vimoksha resorts. This was our second trip to Ranikhet. Finding vimoksha was a luck by chance because of its remote location, but that's what make it peaceful and relaxing too. Kitchen area is fully furnished with fitted RO. We got 2 heaters in our room in the month of January. Mesmerizing view from the balcony. Clean washrooms, 24*7 hot water supply, ample parking space made our stay memorable. I would certainly recommend vimoksha for couples

Room was good, staff was friendly, away from main city, so it is very quiet, you can only travel by your own car if you want to reach the hotel. Overall experience was good. Manager sanjay was very helpful for everything, best part of the resort is the sunrise view from the room.

It was worst experience for me. The hotel is located at an outscart area. It you have your own vehicle then only you can reach this place. During my stay I faced many problems the major one was that. The electricity was not there due to some technical problem, there was no backup for that whole night I spend without electricity there. The only thing that was good was the location part.

Only problem is it s far from city, you should have your own vehicle, else place is superb and very refreshing, feel like your in lap of nature, option in food is less, staff was very supportive, and room are very good

Hotel is away around 5 km to Ranikhet. Scary parking and hotel reach. Keep in mind to tell staff about your dinner plan. Cool, calm place with direct vision to Himalaya. Cottages are old. Overalls nice place away from crowd.

The staff were kind enough to look after an injured Pigeon we had healed after we left. The room was decent size, and on the first floor there was an amazing view. The food was excellent though very expensive. We had a beautiful honeymoon.

Its a lovely experience in Vimoksha last week. It was our family tour. We enjoyed lot. Food and service is excellent .. Rooms are Good. Location is very peaceful and secenic. Only the link road need improvement.

Really a very good location, but away from Ranikhet. Rooms are very clean and excellent valley view from each room. Front office and service staff is very good and co operative. Food is very delicious. Very comfortable and homely stay. We enjoyed our stay very well.

Location wise it's good, food quality was OK. It was a relaxed stay till 9 pm. There was no water supply in the toilets from 9 pm in the upper floor room, had followed it throughout the night and till 6am in the morning, but without any success. Had to leave for munsiyari without take Bath

I stayed here for 2 nights in cottage. Rooms are big and good and neat and clean, no intercom in room. Staff are good. Hotel is situated in valley, very peaceful place, nature lover can feel nature very nearby. Only problem is that way going to hotel from main road is very hard, because its located very downward inside valley, very hard for outside drivers and self driving person.

This is very long from Ranikhet and remotely placed. Food is very good. Issue with WiFi and cable TV. Speed of WiFi is very slow really frustrating. Some one wants to stay alone then this is best place.

Rooms are pathetic. Services are zero ... Manger its self is hopeless. The rooms are not even sanitized ... Doors were broken ... And Broken toilet seats. The pictures which are displayed by the hotel on MMT are not actual ones. They cheat there customers

Extra ordinary resorts and good service and best food. Staff was very good and co operative. Manager was called me for any problem to reach the place and gave his number for any dove any problem. The rooms was beautiful.

It took us some time to locate the hotel. Thanks to the resort signage we could find it. The road down to hotel is scarry. But once arrived the view was breathtaking. The bunglow allot ed to us was very nice with slanted roof. Service is good but food service is little slow. Except for cleanliness the hotel is good. Also ensure lower level rooms as some issue related to water supply observed.

I went here between May 8-11 with my wife and 2 year old kid. Highlighting a few positives and negatives of the resort Pros 1. Good food - We were the only ones in the resort and the chef prepared mostly what we wanted and he was very cordial too. 2. Great view of the hills - We were unlucky to have missed seeing the snow capped peaks from the room (because of the fog and forest fire) 3. Good room service - didn't experience any problem throughout our stay. They made sure our stay was comfortable. Cons 1. The final approach to the resort is difficult to navigate. Coming in hatchbacks would be preferably or with a driver. The manager in-charge's attitude was not very professional - we were overcharged for a local sight seeing taxi ride of Ranikhet by him. Overall a place I would definitely recommend for a 2-3 days stay.

Amazing view, pleasant and peaceful stay, wonderful atmosphere. Good service. Food was also delicious and surrounding village community was helpful. The view of the Himalayas was very beautiful, try to get a first floor room if possible as will have balcony.

Nice & good place to spend weekend! Good, clean, tidy rooms and place. Sales manager was also good and staff also. Food was WOW. If you are planning to stay in cool and calm place just goo to vimoksha resort and stay! And book your rooms from makemytrip And get good healthy discount as I got the same!!

This hotel is an excellent property for people who need peace and serenity. The hotel has excellent co-operative staff with prompt service and people who are willing to help. The location and the rooms are a big plus. The food though could be better but I Guess it was more to do with the fact that it was an off season day and the actual cook may not have been present because otherwise this is a fantastic place for a quiet peaceful sojourn.

The cottage provided is awesome and food is good and service is great. We had ole wala baarish pleasant msusam. The valley in which vimoksha has its cottages is very beautiful and it is away from Ranikhet crowd. Very peaceful and you will hear sound of air so strong that it seems you have reached in divine Lok. True to its name Vimoksha.

The resort is great if you are looking for a place which is away from the city, crowd and hustle bustle. The cottages are very elegantly designed and provide an excellent view of the mountains and landscape. The homely setting yet away from home is the best part of the stay here. The restaurant serves absolutely freshly cooked meals and again has that home cooked flavour attached to it.
