Review Of Villa Riverine Cafe & Riverview Residences

The worst experience here in this stay. Very less staff available. Breakfast not available on the given time. Despite asking the staff that will the breakfast be ready by 8 as mentioned by the staff itself, we had to still sit there for 1 hour for our breakfast to arrive. This despite the staff confirming that breakfast will be ready by 8 am. The other staff named Prakash was very aggressive person. He literally physically assaulted us when we complained about his behaviour and the delay in breakfast to the owner. I recommend never to book a stay here where the staff assaults their guests. My 8 year old kid also got hurt due to his action

Went with family only to be physically assaulted by an aggressive staffer. We complained about the breakfast not being ready on time and no staff available to attend us at breakfast time. The owner too doesn't care about our woes. Very unprofessional behaviour of the owner and staff

Please don't come here, bedsheets were the worst with marks all over, washrooms were a nightmare. If you're coming with females, don't even think of stepping foot. I've travelled to a lot of places, haven't seen this bad service, hygiene in a hotel ever!!!

Room was not clean. mattress was also not good. no toiletries available in washroom. just view was good but everything else was not up to my expectations

Our stay at villa riverine is very good, the balcony view is excellent facing the river and the people were very kind and polite at their service.

-very poor service -poor wifi -poor beds - terrible bedsheets and blankets - hot water supply only for some hours - poor cleaning - no dustbins in room - TV doesn't work - dumb of the dumbest service team

Location is very good room was nice with great view but service is poor and disappointing cafe’s food was bit expensive

Location of the hotel is not bad. But rooms are not ventilated. People who don’t like closed room will have a problem. Room was okay for the price i paid which is around 1k/day. Paying more than that is not worth at all. Food was not that great and basic hospitality was missing. Services were also very average. Overall a very okay stay but it could have been more comfortable it they took care of small small details that matters to a customer.

Dirty room and broken locks. I did not stay there and left in few minutes of check in. I need my money refunded

Stay and food was good

The Hotel is at a perfect place and the owner is very nice,The view from the balcony is breathtaking,you will love it when you visit 10/10 recommended for family or couples

the hotel is situated right on the highway, making it an excellent stopover for travelers looking to take a break from their onward journey. the scenic views from the hotel are stunning—definitely a 5 out of 5. the stay-and-meal combo is truly worth it, offering great value. another solid 5 out of 5 here. i experienced a minor issue in the bathroom, but after speaking to the owner, the issue was resolved immediately. their responsiveness and hospitality also deserve a 5 out of 5.

Overall good Location and staff Room size is quite large as compared to the cost but the hotel driver is addicted to Ganja and intrested a lot in Maal fookna

Need improvement. I booked a standard room as i only wanted a place to stay temporarily. Less price means less features, but not broken features. Jet wash handle was broken, bathroom door handle was broken, sheet was spilled (probably someone before me put oily head on it, luckily i slept on the other side of the bed, and many few more things that you'll notice yourself. The parking spot is also located at a steep incline. It needs repair so that cars can climb easily.
