Excellent hotel ,nice room,excellent view of solang valley from here.overall good experience in tree house hotel and with staff. I lastly want to said that come here and stay u feel to awesome and pleasant here.

Did not give tree house as booked. Cold air coming into cabin, no hot water, no wash basin, not enough space for 4 people as booked. Low voltage bot allowing heater to work

There were bugs on the sheets. More than half of the food on the menu were not available. They kept saying there was no gas or stock for the meals we ordered. Wi-fi was not working. Basic amenities like tv remote, multi plug, hair dryer was not available. We had to change the hotel because of how horrible the stay was!

It was very conjested and not maintained properly

I recently stayed at this property and found the room size to be very small. Additionally, i was disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. However, i must say that the property itself is quite nice. The owner, in particular, was very polite and accommodating. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the service quality, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

They have three categories of glass tree house so as a customer we should know in advance that what room we will get as room is shown big in picture but it is small room, another thing we have struggle with hygiene issue bed was not clean when we reached, floor was very dirty although they have cleaned on our demand staff was cooperative but all these things should be done in advance room view and dinner was good.

Not exactly a place if you want to have some peaceful time. There is dj music right below the tree house which is so loud that you can’t talk to other people. Some people might like it but it was very unpleasant for us. Service is good & quick but food isn’t that great in taste.

It was a amazing experience staying in a tree house. The staff is very cooperative and the host is such a nice person. The location is so beautiful that you will not stop appreciating your choice. You will get moyunmtain view as well as valley view.

I have booked this property bu luck and looked the ambiance and the rooms. room were beautiful and clean. I love to stay in nature and nature was everywhere. serene view.

The property is good but really poorly maintained. The food is also not upto the mark.

We booked this property because staying in a tree house appeared to be a unique experience. And it was unique. The problem was that the room was extremely tiny, with virtually no space to keep our stuff or move around secondly, the choice of food was very limited. We were told that the property was still under construction finally, there was loud music all evening from 5 pm to around 10. 30 on the positive side, the staff (particularly yogi) was extremely polite and helpful. In a nutshell - a unique experience, but only for one night. Dont expect comfort. And yes, the amount we paid was far too high for what we got

The glass house has: 1. Dirty glasses to prevent any view - no cleaning done on request 2. There is no breakfast included - and no restaurant nearby 3. The room size is very small 4. The linen was not clear 5. Very small washroom with no proper dustbin/shower 6. Property is still being built 7. No restaurant/shop within 5 kilometers

The view from the room was beautiful and the location of the property was also beautiful. The food was excellent. The staff was very good and helpful mr. Yogi is very helpful.

The rooms with an amazing view. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city which we enjoyed. Food was amazing and the staff was very polite and forthcoming. Naati and minakshi is very helpful.
