Lagom Stay

One of the most beautiful homestays we've ever been to. Situated a little far from the mall road manali offering us the peace and tranquility away from the bustling city. The area is very safe and you can stay there for weeks or even months as a staycation or workcation as the wifi accessibility is great. Gandharva was our host who served us with the best tea and gossip. He helped us so much when we ran into some trouble on our stay and went out of the way to make sure we had the most comfortable stay ever. From the start, making sure that we reached the stay safely, recommended great restaurants and an amazing stay until the end. We even extended our stay because we didn't want to leave this home away from home. Their cafe is amazing too with priyanka baking delicious cakes in the evening with a cup of hot chocolate. The lagom stay manali, was not a good condition. Bathroom condition is terrible. The hotel location is outside. Room are not cleaned. This was a very dirty place.

First of all, the host gandharva and his staff. He is easily the most passionate person hosting his guests, who makes every effort to make your stay meorable. He paid attention to every little thing and ensured that our entire family with 2 dogs were well taken care of. Easily, the most pet friendly property in manali where our dogs were treated as family and had full access to the property. Loved that aspect. Next the property itself. Easy to drive to without a 4x4, close enough to old manali yet not in a congested location. It has a traditional village charm that we exactly were looking for. Great views of the hills and snow capped mountains. Apple orchards just below for a relaxing stroll every morning. Next the rooms. Immaculately clean and welll stocked. Beautiful chalet-style architecture (we are architects) with pristine views of the mountains through full height windows. Sheets were clean, the toilets were glistening and the fresh smell of flowers greet you when you enter the room. Lastly the food. It's heart warming home style cooked food, made with love and care. We over indulged each time yet never felt like we had any stomach issues since it's fresh and simple. Service by the staff is quick but don't expect to be treated like it's a hotel, after all it's a homestay. If your expectations are such, they will match it above and beyond.

Loved the stay, the owner was super friendly and he helped us a lot with finding restaurants as well as with the pricing of nearby trips and things.

It was our first trip and we booked lag-om stay after searching for multiple budget friendly stay places that would provide a good room, services and a good view of the valley, we found it all in one in this hotel literally couldn’t have asked for anything better in budget the services, food, room and surrounding hygiene. The owner was super friendly and cooperative and helped any queries we had, the food provided was good as well. You will not regret coming here even if it’s your first trip or tenth trip you can come and stay with friends or family you will surely enjoy the warm hospitality from owner and staff members and enjoy the great view of valley from the balcony or you can just sit in the garden and chill. Would surely recommend this place for stay and will come back here to stay the next time i come to manali as well.

This is the best place to stay in Manali . Property is exactly the same what it has been shown in the pictures. The caretaker/Owner is extremely hospitable and ready to help you in every term. Room and washroom was clean and tidy. Food was healthy and clean. Will definitely come here again.

This property is a little slice of heaven! An idyllic property tucked away in a quiet place called "Jagatsukh", surrounded by apple orchards. We really enjoyed the charming cottage which is beautifully done up by the hosts. It's the little touches in every corner of the place that will make your stay really memorable. The communication was easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The caretaker attended to our needs very well. Overall a very pleasant stay and looking forward to visit again!

location is little far from manali bus stand but is worth living in 6 bed room cottage, food is very good. hygiene and safety standards being follwed

Lagoom stay is one of the best place you can choose to stay in manali. Even though it’s in jagsukh the environment is calm and peaceful. The hospitality offered is top notch. Food is great. Priyanka cooks great food. She is a master in cooking. You would really love the food here. Gandharva is very professional and helping guy who is the property owner. He has helped us well in all aspects. Thank you gandharv. The vacation here is the one that i will always love to cherish. I had a great time with my wife.

Special thing is that they provide home made tasty food. Rooms were clean and ambience was peaceful.

Everything was excellent. Neat and clean rooms view from the balcony was very beautiful, food was very delicious last but not the least owner and the host of the property Gandharv was very friendly and helpful to us. I don't have words to explain the way he greets us. He will give you the best advise about everything. Overall this is the best place to stay, we really loved it and we will book this property only whenever we will come Manali.

We had a really great time at the stay. First of all I would like to thank Gandharv, who is one of the best hosts I have ever come across. From taking regular updates of our arrival to hosting us he is absolutely amazing. A thorough gentleman I would say. Coming to the stay now. The place is just 50 meter from the main road with sufficient parking space available for your car. The house is built beautifully with beautiful views from the balcony. The garden and sitting area are maintained very well. The room and bathroom were absolutely spick and span with clean beddings. The sitting area inside the house is spacious with comfortable sofas and a big center table for you to chit chat, play and gossip. Kitchen is very well maintained and the lady employed here is a wonderful cook. Gandharv even guides us to visit places nearby which worked out to be cherry on the cake. Thanks for the great hospitality. Will definitely visit again in the near future.

Very good hospitality and homely feeling will get during the stay. The hotel may 5km away from Manali but worth staying there. Thank you MMT and hotel for giving a good discount. Special thanks to Gandharv for taking care of everything.
