Rooms were cleaned, ac was working in good condition, calm environment.

Please avoid this hotel if you are traveling with family. First i booked three rooms for my family of 5 adult 6 children when i get there owner of the hotel said two rooms available. After some time he told me that he has another hotel opposite to villa cruze. He can give one room there. I am with family having children then how can we stay seperated. I offered him to adjust within two rooms and refund for one room but he refused. I asked him if he can give discount if i book his taxi for check out. He said he will think about it. Now comes to the rooms. Cleanliness was only at outside. When we entered the room it was full of disappointment not services. No drinking water. Dirty old mattresses. Smelly refrigerator which was like 20 year old. No hot water, tv was not working. Toiletries were provide only after begging for it and only soap was given. We had to beg for everything there. Well we adjusted with that since the room had two double bed that was only good thing i found. Now at the time of check out when asked to give discount for taxi to our station, he refused and said he cannot do any thing. I was ready to pay full fare but still he neglected and said he won't go. A taxi provider don't want to help his guest. It is a horrible place and you are there to just fill their pocket with money and shut your mouth with every thing. We stayed there for two days and even with the children there was no damage or any disturbance happened because of us. But we were treated like most hated people. Not going to recommended any one.

Such a beautiful stay i'm done in this villa cruz. Nice location peace full, walkable distance from the beach, we have lot of restaurants in this place over all nice stay

Cool and clam area with good scenic beauty. Beach is 5 min walking distance. About room -clean and well maintain. Timely cleaning service provide. It was 1 bhk deluxe room. They also provided extra mattress. Also have paid cab pick and drop cab service. Have wine and grocery near by. Cruz fernandes is a great person.

Behavior of cleaning staffs is not proper, they come to clean the rooms when we are not there, this is not good, violation of privacy. Overall, the property is nice and clean.

The hotel's location was bit challenging as it was little inside and away from the crowd's favorite places. The beaches were near and the hotel is nice and fairly clean too. The staff also is very cordial.

This was a home stay and the property for us was on the second floor. It was quite safe and since it was a home stay not much staff was present. Most of the things were good but drinking water is really hard to find. The cleanliness was not excellent but decent. The location of the hotel is marvelous as it is very near to the beach. We enjoyed it a lot and it was a nice stay.
