Bad experience and will not book again
Bed spread, towel and blankets are very unclean. Bad odour which disturbs a lot. Very unfriendly customer service.

Stat was good but tv service was not available tv wasn’t working rest staff was helpfull room was well maintained Stay was good bathroom was clean staff was helpful but tv was not available no towel aswell. No toilet paper

Worst hotel for Family in Bangalore !
Terrible ! This place is not good for family stay or legally married couples. It’s located in a building with a local bar & you will see many locals boozing around in gangs. The pictures shown of the hotel in clear trip is not the actual picture by giving a wrong impression of the hotel while booking. They might have done paid reviews to boost their online reputation. It might be good for those couples intending for one night stand. The website pictures showed Fab hotel’s sign board which wasn’t actually present now. Maybe they had uploaded these pictures when registering here but didn’t bother to update lately. The guy who attends hotel calls is rude & definetly fit for such kind of low standard hotel. I would rename this hotel as Terrible hotel instead of Fab as it’s no where close to being fabulous. When I notified the hotel’s customer service the guy said it’s clear trip’s issue so I’ll have to take pics of the hotel for them to verify & validate my refund request. My money for 2 nights has gone wasted because I really don’t have the time to go back once again just to take the pics amidst the bangalore traffic. This information will be helpful for families hence I’m sharing my feedback here. I would suggest you verify the hotel that you intend to book with some of your local contacts before you make the payment just to be safe. Many of the hotels in bangalore are like this. Online pics and real life pics are totally different.

Not so good
It was ok, not good service, I had to ask for basic towel, toiletries etc Also Breakfast as included in the Booking but hotel person said it's not.

Terrible Stay
This was the worst experience ever. I had booked two rooms, both of which were filthy one even had a used condom wrapper on the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, the receptionist was clearly intoxicated and couldn’t even understand or respond properly. Truly a horrible experience.

Terrible Stay
They take extra money from me to check in while the room was very bad and even tv and water problem is there cleaning is also an issue staff was not politely speak they are rude and misbehaving. They don’t even clean the room even calling for again and again they didn’t respond properly there room is very terrible
