experience was worst. the hotel property manager opposes the checkins for booking. Dont book this hotel. It has coackroaches in room. The hotel manager rejects every offer you have in your bookings. No Hi tea provided, no late checkout even after mentioned. Hotel manager is rude

The rooms were okay . The room didn't smell good . There were a lot of mosquitoes. The washroom did not smell good

Hassle-free check-in in a safe
The staff made the check-in experience seamless. Lift and other amenities were well maintained. Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls. Everything was smooth, right from check-in to check-out. The washroom was clean and hygienic. Good for solo travellers and couples alike.

Neat and tidy rooms at reasonable pricing
Would surely stay here again next time. Nice interiors and good lighting in the room. Got early check-in without much hassle. Daily housekeeping was prompt and non-intrusive. The room was just as shown in the pictures. Staff were polite and helped us with directions.
