room cleanliness is very poor. lot of bed bucks present in bed. Don't choose for family stay

Too much bed bugs....... very bad nights... location is good but rooms are not good....

hotel is very near to yesvantpur station and locatllity is good and connected area

MMT have to increase their rate on the website, because I had to pay extra to them to get the room.

The room was so dirty. Everything was broken in the room. Water bottle and soap were not provided

we went with a family room is too worst and very bad experience and also no service . Rooms are cigarette and alcohol smell and not recommend to anyon

The stay was ridiculous. Bedspreads were dirty, pillow covers were dirty and there were lot of beg bugs on the bed and all around the room. Those bugs bit me and I got skin allergy and under treatment now. And the biggest problem is beg bug I comepletey got allergy.

bad room, extreme dirty bed sheet dirty blanket washroom uncleaned. also there were ants on bed first ever time I had experience this type of room even though have to wait for check in, theye were telling room is not ready kindly wait. I visited 2 days, both the day were same

Allover okay.. I changed 2 rooms but both rooms were plagued by bedbugs. Cleaning is not done at all.

It was the worst experience and I overcharged 200 rupees for the room and there was no room as shown in the make me trip

It was very pathetic! Not hygienic at all! Room full of bed bugs! Smelly rooms! Dirty beds and pillows! Very bad maintenance! Would never recommend this to anyone. We had a toddler with us. As soon as we entered the room, we were welcomed by some 20 bed bugs!!!! We didn’t event kept pur bags down. Closed the doors and went back looking for a better hygienic stay!!!

It was worst staying there property was not cleaned the room was plasterr broken and falling and i even called property manager he just sent cleaning boy and he left and i asked for room replacement or bedsheet replacement they deined saying it's clean, window was broken as well as the cupboard.

It was worst property Ac water was leaking inside room no proper guidance by staffs very arrogant behaviour by staff

Place is not good, i did checkout at day 2 of my 4 days booking, they did not provide me any refund of my remaining 2 days booking.
