    Staff was very cooperative. I request for early check in permitted without paying any extra cost. Room and toilets were neat and clean. Outside area of room is maintained clean. Location is very near to magestic metro, bmtc central bus stand at walkable distance. Don't confused by auto rikshaw driver for negative things as they don't hot commission.

    Ok stay. Not satisfied. Though we booked through make my trip and they had enough time to clean the room, when key was handed over to us, room was so untidy. Bed spreads used by earlier guest was lying as it is on the bed. Bathroom sink had used soap. On our request after half an hour the gave us other bedsheets, torn and patched. Felt very uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture is good. But very poor maintainance. No smile on the faces at reception. Just felt like they need money, wee need room! if maintained properly, it is easily reachable. Since we dint order food no idea abt that. The thing is except sink, bathroom was good. Hot water availability was good. At this rate, cleanliness can be maintained much better.

    Excellent Stay

    Stay was awesome. I asked for an early check in and they offered it without any issue (obviously they had a vacant room to offer otherwise they wouldn't. The room was spacious enough for one person, properly ventilated, and was clean. The overall experience was really good. The place is close to the everyday needed places. And also close to the metro, ks r station, bus terminal as well. So all in all it was a good stay.

    Near and clean room, neat bed arrangements but room servicing time is not convenient since most of the tourists leave rooms early morning for visit and hot water facility to be provided from 4 to 9 am and evening from 9 to 10 pm at-least since all the tourists start early morning with their package and reach late night, otherwise fine.

GOT THIS LODGE BOOKED FOR NIGHT STAY AND THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TOOK PLACE THE OWNER DID NOT ALLOW TO CHECK IF SAYING FALSE WORDS ABOUT THAT MY BOOKING DID NOT GET APPROVED. HE INSTEAD TOLD THAT NO BOOKING WAS THERE IN SPITE OF I CONTACTING THEM IN FRONT OF ME FROM THE FRONT DESK HELP LINE. THEY WERE UTTERING WORDS AMONG THEMSELVES SO THAT THEY DON'T ALLOW ME TO ENTER. HARASSING CUSTOMERS AT THEIR BEST! WORST EVER HAPPENED IN A TRUSTABLE PLACE LIKE BENGALURU! REALLY ANNOYING. NEVER BOOK HERE AS THEIR COST IS LESS!😑😑

    It was an awesome experience staying in sri kumara lodge. The room was clean and spacious. Ultimately the warmth, the kindness that the owner of the lodge showed to us was extremely unbelievable. They are so kind. Overall i would give 5 star to the lodge. If anyone want to stay in chickpet, please dont waster your money on other lodges. Come to this and have fun.
