3 person ke liye room krne pr bhi sirf 1 he towel diya jab housekeeping ko bola to unhone bola 1 he towel dete h sab ko jab 3 person room h to minimum 2 towel hona chahiye and jo bhi bhi chiz bahar se magwao utne he paise de kuki ko return nhi krte baki paise and last raat ko cockroach bhi aapka welcome krgye. tv ke signal nhi aate

Poor Stay
The rooms were not hygienic, the bedsheet was not clean and the staff behaviour was average i'm not happy

Worst room in my life
Its cheaper than make my trip if go directly they are giving room for just 600 for one room with double bed where as in makemy trip its cost 2000 and they are switching off greser and water also i have travel-led lot of papces but this hotel is worst and even service also they will not respond properly. I will not suggest any one choice this hotel

Terrible Stay
Room was too small, no water, no towel, no window, working staff members behavior was not acceptable. Pols do not suggest anyone to book this hotel

Waste of money. We paid 6000rs for 2 rooms it's worth for 1000rs. It's a old house. Very small roads. It's difficult to go by vehicle. Dont choose this. By this amount u can get good hotel on main road with parking and all facilities

Vedic stay hotel at haridwar - review
I was there for a very short stay with family. Hotel owner mr. Raj was always there and very cordial. Location of the hotel was nice, just 1 min walk from the main road. Not sure if it caters food. Indeed it was not required to check b'coz there were multiple options of food around this place, outside. Hotel was safe but hygiene and cleanliness can be improved. The interior and furniture were not that good and clean. But the staffs were quite helpful

Prices are damn cheap. If customer makes request, issues r settled promptly. Manager mr. Raj and attendants are too good. Everything is available just nearby

Average guest house
It is an average guest house. They don't provide even towels in the room, when asked with manager he said due to rains no towels are dried. What a silly reason.

Dear mr singh you stayed with us while not just haridwar but entire uttarakhand was experiencing unprecedented heavy rains. 8t rained almost non stop for about a week plus and it became tough to provide dry and clean laundry as the extreme situation made it impossible for making dry towels available. And this while we maintain a very high linen inventory. The towels weren't drying fully even after drying them in the machine and using fans to remove the remaining moisture. Despite this, we ensured that towels were provided, even as it was a bit delayed as in your case.
Good Stay
Rooms are too small. But it's very cheap. But quite clean n courteous service. Very near 2 all facilities. Transport available easily. Overall good for stay. ( mosquito menace horrible)

Nice behavior of staff and owner. Housekeeping need improvement. It's near all major location like hear ki pauri, mansa devi etc.

Hygeine
Room was like a lodge not of hotel type. It was not cleaned, the pillow cover was filthy, the room was full of hair from previous customers. It seems like room was not cleaned from last 4-5 days.

Worst experience of my life
I visited the haridwar with my mother father and wife i checked the rating before booking the hotel vedic stay. i booked 3 bed room for my family without ac. The price was much higher than usual hotels so i thought they will give good accommodation. When i reached hotel first thing was that we wasn't properly attended. Then they gave us the top floor room which didn't had concrete room, it was a tin shade. And the room was having just one ceiling fan. We requested the attendents to give us table fan atleast, which was given to us just for night. In the night there was heavy sound of water falling from the drainage at every 2 3 minutes which never let us sleep for whole night. We were helpless at the moment because room booking was already done and there was no refund so there was no turning back. I will suggest no one should stay in vedic stay hotel, instead sleep at the bank of river which will be more pleasurable. I had the worst ever experience of my life while staying in that hotel

Dear durgesh your comments are unfair and most unfortunate. Please allow me to refute you, point by point, and also to point out the untruths that you insist on including in each sentence: 1. You booked a 3 bed non ac room. Yes its on the 2nd floor but its a concrete room with a powerful fan and its not a tin shade at all. 2. You claim that you were not attended to. The fact is that 4 sets of people arrived at the same time and your family was one of them. You were checked in immediately after the people who came earlier than you were. The boy at the reception went with your father to help him park the car and then took him to the parking again on his two wheeler as he had left his medicines behind. 3. The fan was arranged by us on our own, it wasn't something you asked for. 4. You came into haridwar at a time of unprecedented rush, rooms were just not available and in neighbouring properties rooms much worse than ours were going at 50-100% higher than the price you paid us. I wonder why you say that the price we charged was high. 5. You had a two-day booking with us. Understanding your discomfort, we on our own upgraded you to a 4-bed ac room. Next morning. But you have not mentioned it anywhere - the fact that we gave you a 4 bed ac room - as it will dilute your venom. In fact, you had a huge problem paying extra for the ac - we only wanted you to pay extra for electricity - after agreeing for it earlier. 6. You booked a 3 bed non ac room, knowing fully well that it was peak summers. If you were so focused on relief from the heat you should have booked an ac room, right? we gave you a 4 bed ac room on our own, without your asking. A bigger room, since you were a family of four adults and you had booked a 3 bed room. And an ac room. Why have you not mentioned that? 7. Manoj, the boy at the reception helped your father with several trips on his scooty; looking at your comments in hindsight, i think we should have charged you per trip. Many people who have given us good reviews and ratings are our frequent customers today. They can get better equipped hotels in haridwar since they can afford to pay much more than our room charges but they come to us each time. Why do they do so? my belief is that they appreciate our service and the extra mile we often walk for guest comfort. We did the same for you but you have conveniently glossed over it because all you wanted to do was to show us in poor light. We take such comments in our stride as we know that there are people who appreciate us for the work we do to ensure guest comfort

Dear mr. Singh there are scores of people who have stayed with us and we have never had such a comment from anyone. Many of our first time guests soon become regular guests in no time, several come for a day and we have seen them extend those beyond the booking they make, even into multiple days. You didn't even stay with us; came in, made a hasty judgment and went away. Well, as they say, you can't please them all.
Terrible Stay
There was a lot of useless facility, send the guest to another hotel and i would say that it is better to stay at the railway station than to go here.
