Review Of Shrivari Kaushik Palace

I found this place from MMT , hygiene is good in room except washroom, water tap is not working.flush is not working,and not working after telling them,very shameful moment for me,parking is not available. after all room hygiene is good and the parking and washroom problem is terrible.

We find the property location according to google map. No welcome drinks no any other food no any amenities services is very poor very bad staff behaviour and the owner too. I suggest everyone please ignore this property . We book 6 rooms for 14 persons but they are give us only single room and they said that please wait we are manage but we are suffer in the property we request please manage or booked rooms and they all time ignore us. Finally we are checking out the room and staying only 4 hours because they don't give us our booked rooms.

Poor customer service. There is no room boy for assistance, same person working as receptionist role and room boy role. Water frequently stopped in the hotel. While we were staying powercut for entire night. Generator gets trip every 15 mins. So he turned on ac for single floor only remaining floor no ac. Whereas all nearby hotel all running ac in all floor. I have planned for two day stay. But can't even stay for a single night. There is no kitchen in hotel. But while booking it shows food available. So he bought food from nearby small shop and selling to us. Worst ever experience in my life. I strongly recommended not to consider this hotel at any time.

Ac not working, power cut through out the night, no breakfast provided till 9 am although included in the plan, very dirty linen, rooms not cleaned, sand and dust on beds, unhygienic condition and foul smell, water supply with very very low pressure. Overall the worst hotel i ever stayed, please remove this from makemytrip

Rooms are very messy and during booking, we had included e breakfast, however hotel didn't have kitchen. Son finally they brought it from outside and serve it. Very unprofessional !

Ac not working, room service not available, water not available, bedsheets are not changed for a week, house of mosquitoes, worst hotel of my life, you should not go even if you are allowed to stay for free, bathroom water comes out into the room, smells very bad all day

Though rooms are clean, facilities are basic. Rooms are very small. There is no restaurant as such, but food is available. Towels and toiletries are not available. Virtually no service is available. Staff are good. Hotel can be used as a transit accommodation.

Staff was very good and cooperative. Room was very clean. Location was also ok. Need to improve food quality
