Easy to locate and reach. Parking space is good and secure and closed. Room amenities were ample. Complimentary breakfast provided were good and tasty.Service is very good. Young chap at the reception deserves a seperate mentioning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent—spacious, neat, and extremely cozy, making it feel just like home. The bathrooms were well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and pleasant place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay there. The complimentary food provided was just okay. The location wasn't very attractive, but it's suitable for official stays. However, it's not an ideal place for a family outing.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. There was a little dust issue, but got it cleaned up pretty fast with room service. They can improve on the breakfast as it is not good from where they are outsourcing

I booked the vavas inn room for one day through make my trip. Hotel is located on third floor of vavas mall which is located at the centre of perinthalmanna town. Easy to approach and is in calicut ooty bypass road, on the highway. I found no difficulty in locating hotel. Ground floor first floor and second floor of mall are occupied by shop and food centre. Place is little bit crowded. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated. It is newly constructed property and well maintained. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, with bath kit kept in advance. Room service is very prompt and professional. Staff is well mannered and cooperative. I requested them for tea at 5am as i was fasting and they arranged a cup of tea early in the morning. I was not able to taste the food at this hotel as i was fasting however there are multiple option for food at the mall and near by place as it is in market place. Overall hospitality is excellent and it was comfortable stay at vavas inn. It is price worthy hotel.

A good place to stay in perinthalmanna while traveling. Rooms are available in the 4th floor (reception in 3rd floor) of vivas mall. Rooms are decent and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and has hot water throughout. Breakfast while not available in the hotel is taken on order and brought to your room at no extra cost which is considerate. Parking is easily available because the first two floors are for the shopping mall below which includes a supermarket, pizza joint, clothes and electronics store.

Excellent property. Nicely maintained and courteous staffs. Had a wonderful stay with family. They have even provided additional bed without any requests by by seeing the number of guests. Thats the way to make customers smile

According to me, the hotel was good. The room I stayed in was average. The location of the hotel was accessible. But I faced some issues with food cause the hotel has no restaurant. So I suggest that there should be a restaurant for food. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
