The booking process was quite easy. The Metro Regency had some good offers - premium AC room for 1.2k. Room was spacious, clean and bed was cosy. The staff, very friendly and helpful. Got a nice compli tea in the morning. Very nice gesture to win loyalty. Will surely prefer to stay here if they don't increase the price.

I had stayed for a business purpose for 4 days. The room was neat, clean and well-maintained. I was overwhelmed with their quality of service. I must mention the name of mr vishnu who really cares for the guests. Next time when i travel to that location, i wont even think of a second choice

Nice and peaceful stay, big airy rooms, staff is cooperative, worth and value for money. Morning tea is complementary, food quality and service is good.

Morning tea & water bottle will be provided, i booked for a single room, pretty good rooms & room service was exceptionally good. I enjoyed the stay.
