Good and decent staffs with very polite behaviour. And the rooms were also decent. Especially I impressed with their hospitality.

The booking process was quite easy. The hotel had some good offers - premium AC room for 1.2k. Room was spacious, clean and bed was cosy. The staff, very friendly and helpful. Got a nice compli tea in the morning. Very nice gesture to win loyalty. Will surely prefer to stay here if they don't increase the price.

i recently had the misfortune of staying at metro regency with my family, and our experience was utterly disappointing. the rooms were unclean, with unwashed pillows and blankets. to add to our frustration, basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided. when we requested these essentials, we were shockingly charged ₹30 for a tiny toothpaste and brush, despite the mrp being ₹6. the staff's response to our concerns was appallingly rude. the lack of cleanliness, overcharging for basic amenities, and unprofessional staff make metro regency an unsuitable choice for families. i strongly advise against staying here.. hi

I had stayed for a business purpose for 4 days. The room was neat, clean and well-maintained. I was overwhelmed with their quality of service. I must mention the name of mr vishnu who really cares for the guests. Next time when i travel to that location, i wont even think of a second choice

perunthalmanna is a town in malappuram district of kerala. it's a remote town but we'll developed. in such a place , if you are looking for a neat place to stay i will recommend metro regency.
