It is the feedback from our esteemed and valued guests which gives us an opportunity to further enhance and refine our processes to achieve customer delight.We would like to inform you that, without the permission/information of our guests we dont open their rooms, there are two options for our guests to clean their rooms when they go out, they can inform the reception or there is a CLEAN MY ROOM button ,unfotunately both the options were not used. The smart card may get discunnected when you put with the other electronic devises ,thatswhy it happened ,anyway sorry for the inconvenience during your stay, we are awaiting for your next stay to serve you better. One thing I would like to mention here that, as per our policy we don’t allow any visitors to the room apart from the number of people occupying a room, you brought 4 to 5 of your friends and asked us the permission to allow them to your room for few hours, we respectfully dined that, that is i agree, because that is absolutely against our policy and security. We have no compromise in our security policy.I know that is also a reason for your dissatisfied review.
