Disappointing Stay - Poor maintenance. Unfortunately, the room had several issues that fell short of my expectations. - The coffee table in the room was damaged and cups was very dirty. - The bedside walls were poorly maintained and looked ugly. - The bathroom door was damaged. - There was damaged corner on the wall that seemed to be in need of repair. - The room did not have an intercom, which was inconvenient. - The room did'nt provided basic amenities like shaving set and dental care kit. *Overall Experience:* Despite the friendly staff, the poor maintenance and lack of amenities overshadowed my stay.

I booked for stay on 20th and 21 in MakeMyTrip. I tried booking on 19th night I thought MakeMyTrip will book for next day but it booked for me on same day 19th as I started for booking by night it's booking me for afternoon which is already crossed. worst experience in MakeMyTrip as I lost 14000 and booked again in the hotel..

Excellent property even though a bit old. Good service. Outdoors are also excellent.

the location is good, however hygiene and maintenance of the rooms is pathetic. also morning breakfast is not upto the mark. AC not working. No fans in the room. bathrooms are dingy. Overall not worth the money. very disappointing.

Good property. Good ambiance. Buildings were a bit old. Hot water not available. Whatever hot water was in supply was just warm. Rooms and toilet can be a bit more clean. Staff were courteous.

Maintenance of the resort have to be done much more perfectly. Especially in case of bathroom. Unfortunately the main door couldn't be closed properly only the one tower bolt was working

Nice and spacious room was provided. Food was delicious. The main attraction was the swimming pool, kids play area and the river view. Gym and playing area is not properly maintained. Overall a nice place to stay with family.

Location is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Hoping to see it becoming a better place ☺️
