The room was good, air-conditioned but it was filled with cigarette smoke smell, bed sheets were dirty, the door lock wasn't working properly later in the day. It was uncomfortable as i was accompanied with my mother due to entrance exam purposes.

Service was good...but not clean as expected and both main door and washroom door were faulty.

It was ideally located, just as mentioned, near the beach. However, the room was a bit untidy — the walls had marks and water stains, and the soap dispensers and health faucet were not fixed properly on the walls.

Room and breakfast is good but they don't have any arrangements for lunch and dinner and no arrangements for site seeing but overall it is good.

Great location and has all amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and emergency clinic nearby within 5 mins by car/bike. However, the hotel wasn't pleasing enough to stay if you are someone who expects cleanliness and superior hygeine. Walls were damp and old, bed sheets and spread had stains around the corners, seems like it was just put through a washing machine and not dry cleaned. Attenders do not know local language or English(speak only hindi) - no bathrooms essentials given even when requested and was able to spot garbage bags left idle on the floors and attended to. If you want to crash in and spend the night after a party, then it's okay but not suitable for family.

Unhygienic room, worst experience

Exceptional service and attention to detail! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient. The housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous, readily changing the bed sheets and cleaning the room at a moment's notice. The in-room coffee and tea kit was a lovely touch, and the extra milk powder provided on request was a thoughtful gesture. The staff were always available to cater to my needs, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

In most of the room a/c were not good and tv is not in working condition better take those from the amenities...
