Terrible Stay
Disappointing Stay Despite High Ratings I chose Narmada Tent City based on the high Google ratings, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. It seems that many of the 5-star reviews are influenced by complimentary gifts, but my review is completely honest and without any such incentive. The first room allotted to us had a non-functional AC and phone. Due to the phone not working, I had to use my personal mobile to register a complaint. Only late at night were we shifted to another room. Since the reception was far, we also faced difficulty accessing cart services because of the phone issue. In terms of dining, dinner was priced at per person (including GST), but the taste and quality were unsatisfactory. The breakfast served the next morning was also not fresh. They also provide 30 minutes of complimentary cycling, which I tried, but after I fell, they didn’t even have basic pain relief balm available — so please carry your own Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Please do not rely solely on Google ratings when making your decision.

Good Stay
Very good experience with respect to the staff and room. However bathroom facilities are not up to the mark like, running water from taps, improper drainage and conditions of the bathroom. A bit disappointed for that otherwise everything is best they have a large bed, swimming pool, big wardrobe and last but not the least the food at the restaurant is very very tasty.

I booked 2 rooms garden facing i asked for room near garden so senior citizen with me will be comfortable accessing garden but they refused and gave me the room which was opposite side of garden

Affordable -Good location
Rooms were good. The ambience was good. Lawn in front of rooms is refreshing. Staff is cooperative. Swimming pool has no filtration process. so please check before going into pool.

The hotel location is from statue of unity is ~10-11km and we can reach within 15 mins in Statue of unity parking area. Hotel staff behaviour is very good and polite. Food quality and test was awesome. We order Dal Bati Churma and the test was so nice. Swimming pool and other amenities also available. Rooms are clean.Tent option is also available. We booked the room so tent experience was not able to take. Only intercom is not available. Overall it was good stay. It's worth of money. Please write with good feedback Our stay at the hotel near the Statue of Unity was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient—just about 10–11 km from the Statue of Unity—and it took us only around 15 minutes to reach the parking area. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The food was delicious—we tried the Dal Bati Churma, and it was exceptionally tasty. The hotel also offers good amenities, including a swimming pool, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. They also have tent accommodations available, which seemed like a great option, though we had booked a regular room and couldn’t experience the tent stay. The only minor drawback was the absence of an intercom in the room. Overall, it was a great stay—comfortable, enjoyable, and definitely value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Statue of Unity.
