Very spacious and helpful staff very near to statue of unity

location near ....but main problem was food not good below average ...try to improve on food ...not to try with breakfast

Good location and close to all main attractions. Food is nice. Room are clean.

The rooms are large and comfortable but the AC was leaking water in 2 of the 3 rooms that we had rented. The room did not have the AC remote for us to control the Unit. The worst experience was the F&B. The service was totally atrocious and lacked man power to ensure a pleasant breakfast or dining experience. More so, the management didn’t show any remorse nor regret at the lack of quality of service. The buffet breakfast was also terrible and hygiene standards were abysmal during breakfast

Staff members are polite and helpful. They made sure all our needs were taken care of without delay.

overall good stay looking at location and option available food was very good but price is bit high, satisfied with quality. it is near railway station you will get auto to travel to and frow at railway station. Room and room service is also good.

First they have changed their name because of which it was difficult to find. When we arrived, there was total chaos on account of some function. The entrance is not properly marked. When we went to restaurant. They said fridge is not there. Most of the food is not there

First we were given a room in which there was a problem of shower pin in bathroom . There was a problem of cooling in the AC. Later we changed the room. The hotel is good. Food is good.

There was nothing special about the experience. The food was extremely spicy. I had requested them to make it less spicy, but they still served it spicy. The menu was the same for three days, with no changes. The rooms were good, but the bathroom had a persistent water leakage issue. Overall, it was just average.

A decent hotel fine for one night stay. Not much facilities there. As per the room fare the facilities should be better. The food was also limited and can be improved. The staff was very polite and hospitable. That is why it's a good fit for a short stay if one could find the right prices.

This property has been taken over by Lords inn only recently. The board still reads Petals inn. Rooms r spacious and nicely mantained. Priced economical. Food preparation is excellent. Staff is humble and quite co operative. Though little away from Ekta bhavan, hotel is good for the price we pay.
