Hotel and service was good. Just they should make sure to provide everything when guest checks in as some might not know what they provide usually. Food was too much expensive. Other than that, it was good view and comfort.

Infra of the hotel is proper, but the behaviour of staff is very rude, insensitive and no proper decent food. Very limited options for food - no coldrinks as there is no ice, etc., similar issues with stock of food. Many better options around this - plz look into them, before chosing this hotel.

Comfort in stay as part of statue of unity trip is a recommended stay, peaceful and helpful staff. Breakfast span and taste is great. The staff is very helpful inside the sank-alp restaurant. A preferred stay as it’s in peak location too.

i recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall average experience. the highlight of the stay was the cleanliness of the room – it was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. the in-room service was also quite good; the staff was prompt and attentive whenever we needed anything. however, the stay wasn't without its drawbacks. the hotel managers were notably rude, which was off-putting and made interactions less pleasant. additionally, the breakfast spread was quite basic and didn't live up to expectations – very average with minimal variety. another downside was the hotel's strict policy on early check-ins. despite arriving early, they were unwilling to accommodate, which was disappointing. on the positive side, i found that booking through online portals offered a better price than booking directly with the hotel, which was a small saving. in conclusion, the stay was average. while the rooms and in-room service were satisfactory, the attitude of the managers, lackluster breakfast, and lack of flexibility with check-in were significant downsides. it’s a fine choice if you’re looking for a no-frills stay, but don't expect anything exceptional.
