room was ok a/c was not working toile gun was not working t.v was not working had to change room which was hectic overall not good experience

Lift facility not available, two beds not jointed with each other,AC remote not available ,food not good

Facility being new looks good. However the services are terrible No water, even if we pay I couldn’t get for hours I had booked stay with breakfast but even after several follow up there was no responsible person to a swer Later we had to leave without breakfast The room door where i stayed was locked n condition The fan doesn’t have a controller it can either rotate in full speed or no There is no hand towel No mirror inside wash room The light tripped twice ..then i learnt to put it ip to switch ON There was no one to help for luggage may b coz of holi.

Superb hotel staff is good. Supportive staff. Location is good. Food is superb. I recommend all.

Room and bathroom is clean, staff are supporting. But pillow and bed are not comfortable and also some light switches are not working. Fan regulator is not working

Hotel is at good location and direct access to statue of unity road. We got late check in as room was not ready. Due to under construction property lift is not available yet. You have to take a luggage to upper floor room by stairs.

we were provided room in second floor and there was no lift in a three star hotel, there was no bucket in washroom the tap was leaking after in the bathroom there was no extra pillow no blanket as we were in need of extra mattress for each and every thing we have to call the reception and after three four calls the things were provided. The service was worst we had a very worst experience in this hotel. The rate of hotel is too high and we were not provided with toiletries, only one towel was there, and no complimentary water bottle was given.

Poor ambience, unsupportive staff, no safe drinking water facility. I don’t recommend to anyone. There are many good hotels nearby at this budget.

Well rooms were okay and clean ! However room service was terrible we have to wait and go to reception for the collection of anything even water or anything.. so service was terrible ..

Hotel is new and rooms are clean. They don't have restaurant and services are average.

Experience at the hotel is terrific specially on food quality and very slow service. Parathas is half cooked. They took so much money for very limited option parathas and poha. No tea coffee etc in breakfast. Never book room with breakfast. Hotel location is good. Newly built so lacks many facilities. No lift. Overall bad experience. Mood kharab. Actually they are looting people's money and horrible experience.

Very poor service, problem of water, don't have proper room service, don't have enough basic material, electricity problem, having water problem in washroom.
