The overall experience was good but I want to say that at all the buildings you need to place a staff member or help desk member.No one was present in the premises. No water facility is available in room.Tv was not working.

No complaints with the hotel, I have a complaint with MMT, the same hotel was available at half price at the confirm ticket app but MMT charged me double for the same.

Overall, the stay experience was decent; however, I am genuinely disappointed with the lack of basic amenities and service quality, especially considering the premium price paid. Despite repeated follow-ups, hot water was unavailable for both days of our stay, and the staff’s multiple attempts to fix the issue did not resolve it. Additionally, the restaurant experience was quite disheartening. On one occasion, many of us were asked to sit in the banquet area without air-conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the milk kettle tap was broken, causing hot milk to spill on my hands and resulting in a minor burn. Unfortunately, the staff nearby did not show any immediate concern or offer assistance until I explicitly requested help. For a property charging nearly double the standard room rates, such lapses in basic service and guest care are unacceptable. In the hospitality industry, guest satisfaction should always come first and this experience fell short of that expectation.
