i faced horrible experience. booked 2 rooms in atharva home stay. when i reached there i was told that those were rooms in 2 different apartments . i was having suitcases for whole family with combined luggage… could not understand how to split items. later they put another shocker by mentioning that one of the apartment is wrongly given to another guy and offered another room 10 minutes away.

This guest received proper hospitality even through booked himself. He has booked two rooms which clearly mentioned the second floor of two adjacent properties. Customer misbehaved at property very badly. We ensured and delivered proper service to them without fail. He faced horrible experience due to lack of knowledge and mis booking by himself. Please look in this review and block this customer frok mmt application.

Same location not allot room. Issue for location. Not the same location room allotment. Different hotels provided by them. No proper contact no.
