Property is at Good location, near to statue of unity and good property to stay. Food is also good but staff hospitality is little slow.

The food was excellent though the menu could use more variety. Staff was polite but seemed short-handed. Rooms were super cozy with a nice view, and the location was great. However, the listed swimming pool was unavailable, which was disappointing.

Location is great. Food is good. They are short of staff as the hotel is newly opened. Room size is too small.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay at Ginger Ekta Nagar! I recently stayed at Ginger Ekta Nagar and had an absolutely pleasant experience. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort. The restaurant served delicious food, with a good variety in the buffet breakfast. The location is also perfect — very convenient for visiting the Statue of Unity and other nearby attractions. Although the hotel and team are fairly new, I truly noticed their effort to go the extra mile whenever possible. Even though our check-in time was 2 PM, we were graciously given a room at 10 AM at no extra charge — a gesture that really stood out. Being a hotelier myself, I understand the challenges the team must have faced during such a busy period, especially with the hotel fully booked and the restaurant bustling. Despite a few minor hiccups here and there, the overall experience was wonderful. My 4-year-old had an absolute blast during our stay — she was actually in tears while leaving, waving goodbye to everyone at the reception. Moments like these truly make a stay memorable. Overall, it was a delightful, hassle-free, and heartwarming stay, and I would highly recommend Ginger Ekta Nagar to anyone looking for a comfortable and value-for-money hotel experience.

The stay was ok , as expected , i have a good experience at ginger diu but in here i don’t fell to stay , cz there were no amenities, like swimming pool , indoor games not place to sit and relax at outside of building , no excitement just a matchbox of building, rooms were very small also service was terrible n slow i order a normal towel 10 min before bath it came 45 min after my bath so it was not as ginger service , breakfast was v good also tasty but rood service and overall stay experience was boring and nor good

Recently opened Restaurant in Oct'25 so everything was new in hotel. nothing to complete on rooms, Front office Staff, House keeping was very courteous & helpful . Hotel is short of Staff If you order something it takes more than 30 min Staff are very busy & not able to handle high number of guest very effectively & fast, If I ask for bill to sign it took them more than 45 min to give sometimes after waiting I told them when ready send to my room. I booked for 3 Days with Buffet Breakfast but for 2 days Breakfast got over & Restaurant Manager did not check & did not inform cook to prepare & fill everything My Buffet breakfast was almost incomplete for last since I had to leave very early I was promised they will give me Sandwich when I leave , same was not given to me. Owner should they will with adequate staff Since I was handicapped I had requested Staff to arrange me hotel cab to drop me to nearest SOU bus stand which was 5 min drive, they promised me every 2 day afterwards I had to arrange my own Uber Cab. If guest are coming to hotel to visit site atleast give them a free drive to nearest stop as a goodwill gesture. that would have helped the hotel a great deal. Food in Restaurant is very Costly & there is nothing for small budget Dinner minimum charges for any item is above Rs 450. Overall good hotel to stay provided they make small changes for better.

We recently stayed at Hotel Ginger with my wife and two kids, and we had a very comfortable experience. The room was neat and clean, the food was tasty, and the staff—including the waiters—were very cooperative and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. Another plus point is that the hotel is conveniently located near the Statue of Unity and other sightseeing spots, making it a great choice for families and travelers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting .

We have a good stay at your hotel and staff service was also good and polite. But need to keep medical kit and first aid kit at your hotel, which is very essential and mandatory thing at the hotel. So kindly arrange it on urgent basis at hotel for customer and also for internal staff and others members at hotel.

The property is far away from the main road. It is difficult to get public convenience from the property. Food in the hotel is very expensive. There is no alternative but to take food in the hotel as there are no nearby restaurants. Also the management is not sure about the rate of GST to be levied on the food. First night it was billed @5% and on subsequent food bills @18%. On checkout, when asked about the different rates, the counter person changed the bills and charged all the bills @18%.

If you're visiting statue of unity, this is probably the best location. You will find for stay for your stay. The property is inside this statue of unity location. The property is big and can accommodate large crowd. The rooms are clean, neat and very well organised. Staffs are very welcoming. I recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit Statue of unity

Ginger is a very newly opened Hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and son. Location: Excellent and on the road connecting SBB and SoU. You just need to walk 150m to the main road and then you'll get the buses plying in Ekta Nagar. Rooms: Ginger is a business hotel franchise of ICHL and so they are bound by their rule of approx. 200 sq.ft. room size. This is okay for a business travel, but SoU is a tourist location and so the room size should've been slightly bigger. You'll feel a bit cramped up, but again it's a budget hotel so you get basis of what you pay for. Rooms and washrooms are very clean and they maintain high levels of cleanliness standards. Food: They breakfast spread is awesome with fruits, dry fruits, cupcakes, at least 5-6 options of hot snacks, live counters, breads etc. We tried their ala-carte menu in lunch and dinner and the taste was amazing. Portion size is also quite good. It's worth the amount they charge. Staff: This is their USP. Aryan, Laxmi and their team are so warm and helpful. They will ensure you are taken care of. We let our child roam alone in the Hotel premises only coz we knew they were around. If I come back to SoU, I'll come back to Ginger only coz of their hospitality. Amenities: They only have a Gym and a children's play area which are both great.

first we check in at 6 pm then we came 3 am faced ac issue one person and check still ac problem faced then we 7 am called but still not come . after reception asked then person come still problem unsolved . entire stay without ac. breakfast very good . and for lunch order undiyu . first say sweet potato not available. then other incregremsnt not available then order cancel

I already raised concern on 4th Oct but still it is not resolved. Still I am writing to highlight my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Ginger hotel Ekta Nagar and to request a refund for at least one of the rooms booked. The check-in process was extremely slow and took nearly an hour. Initially, we were allotted rooms that were already used, and after raising the issue, the rooms were changed. However, one of the newly assigned rooms still had used water bottles. Additionally, in another room, there was no water supply in the washroom since early morning, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remained unresolved. Due to these inconveniences, my stay was frustrating and far below expectations. I request you to kindly process a refund for one room. You may verify the details directly with the hotel management.

Clean and hygienic place. They don’t have swimming pool but they do have delicious food, gym, children’s play area. Staff is very polite and co-operative. I had my best hotel stay experience here. Thank you.
