Poorly lit hotel, with poor hospitality. The staff, except for two on the front desk (a lady checking us in and a gentleman) were all lazy and sloppy in their work. It was not even mentioned while booking that its a vegetarian hotel. Very laid back attitude of the staff.

Location is excellent, near transit hub. Staff was courteous. But breakfast was awful with no major spread, in genreal food taste and quality was average. Exception were only juices and milkshakes. Facilities are not much lack of outdoor games, indoor games clearly needs improvement. Rooms are pretty small (while I took Premier room with River review). Ideally we cannot call it resort but more of hotel at good location.

We checked in on 14th aug for couple of nights ! The rooms were v good and exactly as per the images.. the staff was v cordial specially in the restaurant- they even obliged us with fasting food (specially made for us) The games zone is equally good for a good family time plus there is option of cycling as well. Loved our stay there..

The room was very small for 3 people. The bathroom had amenities for only one person. We had to ask for 3 people and even water was also served for 3 when asked . The lobby was not well kept . The sofas are dirty with no air conditioning

We stayed at this place for a night and it was wonderful. The food was good, service was top notch as well. The bed was comfortable as well that I really appreciated after sleeping in not so comfy places the past few days.
