Dear Pangaonkarji, due to sudden emergency circumstances, I had to go out of Town. Please know that your situation was an exception. I Am always available round the clock to welcome my guests and take care of their needs throughout their stay with us, even personally seeing off my guests at check out. However before leaving I had ensured that your stay with us should be very comfortable and I had personally supervised the cleaning of your room by our housekeeping staff and checked every minute detail for your comfortable stay. I had instructed one person from my staff to ensure your smooth check in and also not leave till all your needs were attended to before you went to sleep. Since ours is a Homestay, my parents including myself and family reside in the Homestay property. I appreciate and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your concern for my parent's well being in my absence. You are a very kind, caring, compassionate person and a very good human being who feels other people's pain. I would like to personally apologize if any inconvenience was caused to you or your family due to my absence. As far as we are concerned customer happiness is our top most priority. As you can See from other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We pride ourselves in exceeding customer expectations. We're usually known for our exceptional guest experience and we regret that we didn't live up to those expectations here. This is on me. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we're so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. Please accept my sincere apologies that your stay fell short of your expectation. Next time give us a call beforehand and be my personal guest and I Am sure that if given another chance we will definitely win your heart and appreciation and deliver you the best customer experience for which we are known for and so many guests have grown so fond of. Dear Sunilji, thanks for the five star rating. We really appreciate your support and are happy to know that you had a nice stay with us. We give prime importance in keeping everything clean and our reputation spotless. However at the same time we are deeply concerned that you felt that our services and cleanliness were not upto the mark. Well initially we felt after Reading your review that since you had an early check in, even before the other guests had completed their check out formalities and the housekeeping staff hadn't started their work, maybe you felt that the cleanliness and services were not upto the mark. However since we consider our guests as god and respect their word as final, please accept our sincere apologies that your stay fell short of your expectation. As far as the location is concerned it is made difficult to find by Google. There is a very easy way through big four lane roads to come to our home stay however Google makes it confusing and complicated by showing short cuts company narrow by lanes through the city's market. I request all guests to call us prior to check in. Also as soon as they reach Rajpipla city's entrance, I request our guest to call us, we will guide them by keeping our phone on and giving directions from the city's entrance and within 10 minutes the guest will be at our Homestay. Please do not follow Google maps. In case if the guest still wishes to use Google maps he can first select location as Rajpipla district court and after reaching there should set Galaxy Homestay as their location. This will ensure that all the narrow complicated short cuts suggested by Google are bypassed and the guest will reach very easily at our Homestay secured parking lot opposite eye hospital, near old post office, darbar Road. As far as we are concerned customer happiness is our top most priority. Customer service is everything for us and we take pride in giving outstanding service to every customer. As you can See from other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We pride ourselves in exceeding customer expectations. We're usually known for our exceptional guest experience and we regret that we didn't live up to those expectations here. This is on us.
