Subject: Feedback & Complaint Regarding Vasant Vihar Resort Booking Dear Sir/Madam, I had recently booked a stay at Vasant Vihar Resort through MakeMyTrip. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing, and I would like to share my feedback. At the time of check-in, there was no staff at the reception. The resort is located very far from the main area, and the approach road is in extremely poor condition. The property did not match the description and pictures shown on the MakeMyTrip website. The swimming pool was in an unusable condition, and major renovation work was going on across the premises with heavy machinery, making the environment uncomfortable. The room condition was unhygienic, with cockroaches, lizards, and mosquitoes present. There was no staff available for assistance, and the food arrangements were very ordinary and unsatisfactory. Considering these issues, we decided not to check in at the resort. Instead, we booked another hotel in Ekta Nagar and stayed there. I sincerely appreciate MakeMyTrip for understanding the situation and providing us with a full refund. Thank you for your prompt support and customer-friendly service.

Place is very far one way auto charged rs 300. location very distinct end and night it is scary..Too much charge for no facility. No food available except their restaurant which only offer buffet and denied ala Carte. indeed pathetic experience not at all recommended.

Vasant vihar is good located property with known building , they provide thik thak food rooms are good but not upto mark as per room rent they are under construction cottages after that it will b best place

The stay was good, however the TV didn't work due to wifi issues, maybe because of the weather not sure, over all good

Stay is very good .But check in and check out policy is monopoly of the management.Management is taking charges for 24 hours .but service is provided only for 10 or 12 hours.there is no justification with visitors.

Property is good but the location is remote. Good to go if you have your own conveyance. Otherwise view is good from room.

Not too good not too bad as compared to other hotel’s prices. Just a normal resort but not actually a resort

The name Vasant visar resort but it's not as per resort standard,It's like home stay In the room dental kit, the saving kit was not available. The location was at a very remote place, no lights outside resort Very limited food options in there restaurant

ugly rooms, bad smell, bathroom door not working.very bad smell in airconditioner. staff is very tired.

Food is excellent , price is nominal . stay was very good , people & staff are very nice & cooperative as well as helping . It is a budget resort , good for family as well as individual travellers , safe. Near to Narmada shore .

There is no elevator in the building

rooms are average, AREA still under construction.. A dhaba inside the resort.. no proper breakfast menu.. thought the food is above average and cost is nominal.. as opposed to costly restaurant (which are 2-3) in sight seeing areas away from main sites like SOU.. 250 rs every time you wish to go anywhere.. no local auto present there as it is in a sparsely populated village.. if you stay near the railway station, you have free pickup and drops from all sites..

it was terrible stay at vasant vihar resort rooms were stinking and not cleaned at all and it's not a resort it's like a homestay I can't recommend this property to any one
