nice and clean room newly build near to the statue of unity staffs are very helpfull food quality & taste is good

I booked the hotel for two days, from 11th to 13th June. When I checked in on the 11th, the room was in good condition. The next day, before leaving for the Statue of Unity, I handed over the room key at the reception and requested room service. However, when I returned at 10 PM, I was shocked to find that the room had not been serviced at all. I have no idea why the housekeeping was not done. When I raised the issue with the reception, they were unresponsive and did not provide a proper explanation. Eventually, they sent pantry staff to clean the room. I found this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the day went well overall, the experience with the hotel staff ruined the end of it.

Hotel ambience was awesome. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Overall experience was better than expected.

No hot water in evening for shower! Room very small and expensive!! I have paid high price and got poor service from this hotel!!!

HI All, It was wonderful stay at hotel.Hotel staff is available 24*7. it has clean room.Food taste is good. we had breakfast and dinner at Hotel. we have ordered Dum alu n daal fry and JIRA rice which taste awesome. Rooms are good .AC working fine. Must go hotel..

Very comfortable hotel and quite close to Statue of Unity. Excellent food quality, loved it totally.

Good location, very good quality food, statue of unity is just 15 minutes away from hotel, you can even see it if the weather is clear staff is cooperative 10/10 for hygiene peaceful and aesthetic ambience

Hotel stature inn is well maintained, neat and clean. The property is relatively new, hope they maintain it this way. However, the restaurant and food quality has a good scope of improvement. The hotel is around 10 km away from the statue of unity, but they arrange vans to drop you till shresth bharat bhavan parking area from where you can take the statue of unity buses.

Nice location, on the road, near by restaurants, neat and clean, breakfast good. Easy to locate. 10 min from statue of unity

The room we stayed in comes with a queen bed and sofa. The room and the bathroom was in excellent condition. Room service is available though we went to the restaurant which is located on 4th floor. The ambience of the restaurant is average and the taste of food was good. We had dinner there .The buffet breakfast had a spread including bread butter, poha, puri ,idly etc. One aspect which stands out is the approach of the restaurant manager. He promptly attended and suggested the best we should try over there and ensured that the kids should get what they wanted. Quite impressive attitude. There is ample parking space in front of the hotel although there is no boundry wall. Bell boys are available to carry the luggage. The front desk was polite,promot but not very welcoming.

Property- excellent location - little bit far from center point. Need to have your own transport services - perfect food - breakast can have better spread and need to start by 7:30

Good rooms, good location, not too far from station. They can arrange taxi to drop you to starting point station of sou and then you can travel by free bus inside. Good food. Helpful staff.

Average place, poor restaurant service (ordered coffee and food but never got it. Front office staff are not that great. Overall not a good experience

Rooms are equal to a 5 star quality.Food Taste and Quality Good. Even South Indian Breakfast was also Good.

It was a nice stay with good clean rooms. Food was great. A perfect place to stay.

Hotel location is at nearby SOU and easily reachable. food and service is really good👍 Ambience is nice 🙂
