The location was good and very scenic but the hospitality was bad. cleanliness 5/10. Food 5/10. Room service 4/10. They have a bath tub but not having foaming gel, soap, shampoo and all. Towels and bath robes were also dirty and even not provided replacement.

Room and bathroom facilities can be better, no intercom with reception, food quality should be improved, provide more local cuisine.

During the visit rooms are well maintained, staff are very kind, roads are not properly build which lead to resort.

Bathroom smells very bad

Good location, but overpriced
groupThe resort is right next to narmada river, there's enough open space to sit and enjoy the view and for kids to play around. Staff is quite friendly and prompt. Tent interior was just okay, bathrooms were poorly made. Didn't try the food.

Terrible
familyRoom provide lower grade than booked and technically for every service one has to come out of tent and call by shouting as there is no intercom. Water supply has to be asked for and then motor is put on. It was nightmare.

Stay was good, staff was cooperative however, few things could be expected better, like glasses for water were plastics ones, electrical plugs were not convenient to use for electrical kettle, no wifi was provided which is common these days! Yet overall experience was good❣️

Value for money
I would say location is to good and it was comfortable stay and value for money, staff was so polite and very friendly atmosphere. Food is very testy and fresh, we share to our family members and friends to come here for stay, we love to come here. Thank you very much. Location is too good near narmada rever. Thank you make my trip to suggest e this property. Amenities is perfect and service is very fast and good.

Overpriced tents
The only good part was that the tents are situated on the river bank. The approach road to this property is a bit of an off reading experience through a small local village. The care taker at the property was not so welcoming. Tents have a large double bed and a small single bed. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean. The spring matress were saggy. The tent was stinky especially the bath room. One can easily spot fungus patches all over the tent. Since it had rained the day we arrived, the tent was leaking at few places. Dirt and garbage were seen shoved into bathroom wall and the tent roof. It was disgusting. Dinner was sub standard. We saw many other guests unhappy too. Same was the case with breakfast. No variety and bad quality of food. The hotel sat-ff lacked training to manage the operations and deal with guests. On hind sight i think it could have been better to eat outside. There are better options near the statue of unity area. Morning tea was good though. The caretaker is kind of a cheat. While we were leaving, he tried his luck to fleece us by saying dinner was not included in the package, and held us back. We politely showed him our booking details, to which he gave us a cunning smile and let us leave. To sum up the location is the best part, service, food maintenance of the property is extremely bad. Not at all value for the money you pay. There are other better options in kevadia.

Nature bound resort
I stayed at this resort during my recent trip to sou with family. This is one of the best tent resort experience around sou. It is beautifully built with lush green with direct access to river bank of river narmada. Tents were clean enough and big enough with hygienic bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. We opted for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort. Taste was good. Bit costly though. We enjoyed melodious musical night and morning was even beautiful surrounded with natural beauties. I recommend this resort for 1-2 night stay during sou trip and i recommend to contact property directly for booking rather than online booking for best price.
