Enjoy the hospitality and good staff behaviour
Great Hospitality and quality maintained . Although the staff are very good behaviour and humble. Need to repair the freez, not working. Hope next time will resolve the minor things.

the hotel staff was very good however they need to change the bedsheets as they have been using too old ones. the cleanliness is not an issue but hair was present in room which showed carelessness. they need to make the standards better, given it is near the famous bhuvenshwar bus stand so they will get a lot of customers for sure.

it’s a ok stay at the hotel
The hotel location is good, just beside the highway but it’s difficult to locate the property as name is not visible and it is behind of a showroom. Car parking is outside of the hotel on the roadside which is not mentioned in the details. Staffs are courtesies. At first we were allotted a room where AC was not working, secondly another room was allotted where there was something kept in the mini freezer which causes bad smell. After pointing out to the issue it was also resolved. Food was good and price of the food was reasonable but I was not provided the 10% discount on food which was assured by MMT. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Location - 4/5 easy to find Good - 4/5 Facilities - Parking - outside the gate but there is a security guard at night also. I face issues related to AC and Elevator because one phase of electricity unavailable due to weather conditions. But the next day it's was ok. I have to adjust for the day Ita make my experience bad. Staff were well behaved and cordial to us Overall I will rate 3 out of 5.
