The initial room flush was not working the room was okaish but they changed my room immediately which was very good the food was also fine you can visit if u get the 2nd room option

Stay review.
The stay was comfortable. The only concern is the cockroaches they seem to have. This is the second stay and I feel with the wood work they have, this serves as a potential harbourage point. Need to deploy professional pest control agency to control the nuisance.

Poor Stay
AC was not working while electricity cut we asked for AC they said it was part that facility, even the celling fan was not in function properly

Average Stay
I was updated to a delux room. But it was much much smaller than expected. No basic amenities were provuded - brush, roothpaste, comb, conditioner, lotion, mini fridge, hair dryer etc which you get in an 3 star hotel.It is very situated very interior of the colny.. Very congested road. When you order a food expect a delivery very late. Will not book this hotel again

Good Stay
Stay was super, food was good, Service was also excellent. Only grooming amenities was not available like comb, slippers. Overall experience was good. Staff was supportive.

Paid for Deluxe but was given executive room
I had booked Deluxe room but was given very small room which did not match with the Deluxe room description and pictures. On enquiring I was shown a slightly better room with twin bed but was not given Deluxe room. I enquired twice with them but was refused and had to stay in small room even though I paid for bigger Deluxe room.

Terrible Stay
My jewellery worth 1lac inr got stolen .i saw now in my bag ( hand bag it is missing ) I purchased yesterday from patna and I got the key of room kept there in hotel and went for a office work and then took the luggage and come to airport .now I checked My bag out of my curiosity and i found it missing .I request you to kindly raise this to hotel and Pl find it. I will also make an fir tomorrow in delhi and patna both

Small but g
coupleThis budget hotel offers everything you can expect at this price point. The rooms are small, the washrooms are compact, and even the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow. However, there are several positive aspects as well. The staff is very courteous, the food is excellent, and the location is easily accessible. That being said, cleanliness could be improved. I even noticed pan masala stains on the walls, which could have been avoided with better maintenance.

businessThe room was good and neat and clean. Overall stay was comfortable. The thing which i didn't liked was the breakfast. It was complementary and for 2 person they provided 2 pieces of aloo paratha and 1 omlette with 4 slices of bread and that also with 1 bread. I don't think that was sufficient for 2 people on any scale.

They asked for 611 extra even after paying full on mmt app, stating that the room is not available. When i asked for invoice, they didn't provided it. I don't need discount

I was offered a standard room in place of the deluxe room. Later when i requested for room change then i was provided a room with 2 single beds.

Poor Stay
At the time of checkout, i accidentally left two pairs of socks in my room (no. 303. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not inform me about the forgotten items. In contrast, i have experienced other hotels where the staff contacted me and arranged for the return of left items. I kindly request assistance in retrieving my socks.

This was my second stay at this property. Room was cozy and comfortable with clean washroom. Food was also good. Distance both from railway station and airport would be apprx 4 -5 kms. Locality is safe. Recommended.
