Very upset seeing the promise of cleanliness made across globe and how is this just being betrayed at all levels.

Stay was terrible. Rooms are very small. As per the room tariff stay was quite uncomfortable.

The Hotel staff are well behaved, location is very good, easily accessible. Tv was not working even after complaints. Air conditioner, geyser worked properly. I think they don't have dinning area as they served breakfast in my room. Breakfast was good. The only negative point is that I found cockroaches on the bed. Otherwise everything was good. They didn't given dental kit.

This Hotel is average in all respect. One should not go with high impression. Overall for one night stay is ok J k Verma

Food quality of Hotel is well services are good but timing of check out is terrible.

Cleanliness and service needs improvement. Complimentary breakfast has very limited options, the checkout is at 12 pm. They don't even give extra 20 to 30 minutes.

I checked in the hotel at 11:30 pm as my train was late. I was with my wife and kid there was no room amenities like bath towels, toiletries and when I asked to them they said did you directly booked with us I said no I booked with make my trip they said then call them. I called to make my trip customer care in the middle of the night just for small small things.

There were insects in the room. The hotel management denied knowledge of breakfast even though I had opted for and paid for the complimentary breakfast. I arrived early and they asked me to pay for an entire day. I mentioned early check in facility and they denied even knowing about it and said nothing like that exists. They were highly rude and said things like you need to vacate the hotel premises early as you had checked in early and created a racquet and a scene.

Hotel is manifested with small cockroaches all where. No pest controls. No complimentary breakfast at food lounge. It was served in room. Quantity of food was limited. More requirement was chargeable. Toilet seats were dirty and was asked to get it cleaned. Overall I would genuinely not suggest family goers in this Hotel.

If u are phobic of cockroaches, never go to this Hotel.
