THERE WAS NO HANDWASH AND BATH KIT,NO HAND GET IN TOILET ,PILLOW WAS SMELLING BAD,AND THE ROOM AC WITH FIXED TEMPERATURE.JUST AVERAGE HOTEL.STAFF BEHAVIOUR WAS GOOD.

Everytime they are refused for food.and ac not work properly after 3 reminder they kicked their ac then it's start

Dirty bathroom provided. Room service is very bad. Bug in the room and bathroom. Only dry bread and tea provided in breakfast when I pay mach more then this.

Budget AC room was small, In bathroom flush handle was broken, Shower 🚿 has no shower head. even bathroom door was not locking.

Hotel Review: Disappointing Experience at Reception I had one of the worst experiences with the man at the hotel reception. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that guests below the age of 17 are considered children and that there would be no issue at check-in as long as the primary guest is above 18. However, when I arrived at the hotel at around 12:30 AM, they denied our check-in even though the child’s age was exactly 16 and a half. Despite showing valid documents like the Aadhaar card and school marksheet, the receptionist refused to consider the age or acknowledge the late-night situation, where we had nowhere else to go. It was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staffs were cooperative.Location was good for me as Auto was easily available for any direction

The Manager and staff behaviour was good, easily we can take outside food, totally clam place and nearby the Patna Junction Railway. If I talk of hygiene all good, but you will find small cockroaches on the floor when the lights are off, otherwise rest was good stay.

Toilet was dirty and no hand jet. At night there was no water in Toilet when I had to use Toilet though since morning it was available. AC was superb. I had to spent only 6-8 hrs. for this short of time , room price of Rs. 1000 is very expensive for this such of room and facilities though for 22-24 hrs. it's quite good. NICE STAY IN PATNA AND NEAR PATNA JUNCTION... NEAT AND CLEAN..AND SERVICE IS TOO GOOD AND COMFERT TO STAY

First of all, the location of the hotel is not very easily accessible. It is approx. 50-100 metres inside of the main road. Secondly, the hotel rooms is like really bad. It’s toilet’s door was not able to get locked from inside. The lock lever was not getting inside the hole which obviously is required to get the foor locked! Thirdly, the room was even though has TV set but it’s Receiver(Tata Sky) remote was missing, so it was of no use, the TV. 4. There was really very bad odour in the room, I expected it to be much more neat and clean. 5. ⁠There were no water stored inside if the room, neither there was any glass for convenience! Totally disappointing experience. I was very disheartened to stay there.

Rooms are good. Staffs are Good. Very Close Patna Railway Station. Nearby Food Restaurant also Available.

It was nice stay, maintained cleanliness in room and toilet, staff very supportive. Again shall stay here.

Didn't like their fooding service. Mobile charging socket was not working. Room cleaness was okay.

Hotel staff are courteous. Need more attention for room cleaning & hygiene. Location is very convenient from railway station. Bed & blanket is good as these are new. Tap leakage are there in most of the washrooms. Hotel tariff is ok. In breakfast only you can have puri sabji & nothing else.
