Pleasant stay and good quality food. This was first time stay in patna and ginger remain to be good choice for stay. happy and satisfied with overall experience

Location is ok but amenities and services are not at all good. Many times follow up for hygienic towel but not provided. Disappointed with overall staff approach. Printer not working while checking out.

corners of room , toilets are dirty , food service not up to the mark... room not very clean definitely needs lots of improvement soup came without salt and pepper, napkin,

Bed sheets, duvet, and towel were stained. AC wasn’t working even after they tried to resolve it. Taps were dripping, door frames broken. Solution for no AC was for me to use the fan, window didn’t open so the room was very stuffy and congested.

Overall experience was superb. Food was very good and service also. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Thanks to Avnish team

Recommend for staying here, I am old customer and stayed frequently.Hospitality and well approached reception.

Rooms are average. While they are clean, they appear bit musty in smell and need better cleaning and air freshening. The coffee maker is inconveniently placed at a height that is difficult to operate. Hand towels are unavailable in the bathrooms. Breakfast is fine, however we noticed a small cockroach in the table that put us off!

Queen room was spacious ,cleaned properly , service good ,accommodative as well and near to railway station and close to airport

Ginger was my second home in Patna. This time their unprofessionalism was in a new height. could even provide me a simple bill against the amount paid, rooms are not maintained but charges are shooting up. Front office people are ill behaved and standing with half knowledgeable. It reminds me change is the only constant and its time to find a better property in Patna.

Bed size was too small. It was twin bed. When already during booking, it was mentioned 2 adult and 1 children, then also the bed was too small
