hotel was quite good and lovely. staff behaviour was very professional . they are very supportive and good.

I booked a supreme room when I reached there they said we cannot accommodate 3 people. I had to pay ₹920 extra to upgrade the room to club to accommodate 3 people in the room. And the washroom was not clean. I asked MMT didn't mention that 3 people cannot be accommodated in the room I booked then the reply was MMT does such things and takes any kind of bookings.

Average not very good not very bad overall average experience. staff were polite the issue is price

Good and ambient stay with good food

We have stayed to this hotel for almost three days. Location is perfectly fine ,you can roam around in the evening and explore local shops.The only improvement I could see is if you book room with meal then they offer something like thali so no buffet for dinner or lunch. Breakfast was buffet type. Rest all was good even hotel staff upgraded our room without any cost. Since it’s in middle of city so you may hear lot of noise from vehicles.

We had an amazing time at SHORAI INN. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Good food, very cooperative staff, quick service &easy location became my trip memorable. Very good experience.

Ac in the room was not working properly even after changing the room, the first roo the shower was my working also the food was tasteless for the dinner the manager was good but the other staff was not at all helpful especially the oom service. The property was a high price property as for the price paid and the services recived.

The location is just opposite from rajendra nagar station it's not tough to find. The food was average, hygiene was also average, service was little poor. Staff behaviour was very good.

One of the third class hotel am surprise what type of hotel my trip is booked. By building structure you are giving the grade. There was no gizer water supplies by by bucket. Lizard found in dinning area what will be the scene of kitchen. Surprisingly there was am only guest in hotel.

Not recommended at all 1. Very small rooms 2. No cleanliness 3. Entire area remains full of smeel of kitchen food stuff 4. Other amenities not upto the mark.
