Light, room lock were not in a good condition. Even after request, room was not changed. This was my 2nd time stay at this place. But in this visit, allotted room was not in good condition

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. The staff was rude and unhelpful, acting as if guests were an inconvenience. The check-in process took forever, and when I finally got to my room, I was horrified. The room smelled like mold, the sheets had stains, and the bathroom was disgusting—hair in the shower and grime everywhere. The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway all night. I barely got any sleep. On top of all that, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, no complementary water, and they tried to charge me extra for basic amenities. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

It was good experience. Stayed for couple of days with my family during my visit to patna. Good staf and clean rooms.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very unhygienic bed and blanket was so dirty. Not so worthy staffs dont treat you well. I wont suggest to stay here. You can see multiple options at this price range

Though there were some minor cleaning issues noticed but overall it’s a true value for money. I was traveling with my child and they took care of my every food request for child. Very courteous staff.

Location is good and quiet and peaceful. Breakfast i ordered, was served well. Hygienic packing even for transit to rooms.

Staff behavior was good, helpful, room was average clean but they don't provide ac remote. Couldn't change temperature according to our need. And room is very smelly because lack of ventilation. They should open windows and door when there is no customer, need to clean bedsheets properly

Rooms are good, arrogant staffs. No complimentary breakfast even if it included while booking. Dont select this property.
