Single was soo small, it's look like store room and only one staff is there. I am asking fot bath towel but he told that not a single towel is clean and did'nt gave me towel. Hotel manager was soo rude

No geyser.No ac remote. if you run the ac switch, it will run with full cooling or switch off button. No remote to control if you're in sleep, it is difficult to walk and switch off, very small room, no toilet exhaust, no proper ventilation. No lift, and steps are difficult to go up. Don't go to this hotel. I give 2out of 5

Acha hotel hai. Gulzarbagh station se najdik auro aas pass market area bhi acha h. Jrurat ke sare saman aasani se mil jate hain. Staff ka behaviour v thik hai. Stay kr skate hain.

The geyser was not working, they gave a water heating rod, that rod was in pathetic condition, bedsheet was torned, it had big big holes.

I reached at 4:50 pm, 18th july 2024 at hotel. No proper cleaning (dust on tables, durty bucket and floor of bathroom, ac was not working in the allotted room that was worst in the hot weather. After complain, we shifted in single room and stay in this room over night. I left the hotel at 9:00 am, 19th july2024.

Ac was not working properly as always trip. Very dirty place, it is adjacent to fish n vegetables mandi. It was bad experience and we have to suffer every time when we book cab for a ride. Long jam with intolerable smell and very dirty place. They gave us third floor room and don't have lift. With so much luggage n kid it was different to go on top every time. Overall worse experience
