## Terrible Experience a Hotel
We booked this property for a break, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.
### Major Issues:
1. *Unders staffed*: Only 2 staff members handling everything - plumbing, cooking, managing, and more.
2. *No Room Service*: No food available without advance notice.
3. *Slow Service*: Ordered dinner at 7 pm for our kids, but it arrived at 8:10 pm due to limited staff.
4. *No Amenities*: Requested water bottles, but they refused, citing it's not their policy.
5. *No Laundry Service*: No option to get clothes washed or cleaned.
6. *Unhygienic Kitchen*: Kitchen conditions were unacceptable.
7. *Safety Concerns for Kids*:
- No railings or safety measures for kids in areas with a view (e.g., valley).
- Windows lack glass or safety features to prevent accidents.
- Broken swings and play equipment.
8. *Limited Complimentary Services*: Requested unlimited coffee sachets, but were told only 3 per day would be provided.
9. *Basic Facilities Not Working*:
- In-room amenities (fans/lights/AC) not working.
- No clock in the room.
10. *Old and Insecure Room Facilities*: One room had an old traditional lock (kundi) and lacked modern security features.
11. *Lax Check-in Process*: Only 1 ID proof was collected for 9 members, including kids, without requesting additional documentation.
### Overall Experience:
Extremely disappointing and a waste of money. The property claims to be 3-star, but it doesn't deserve any stars. We won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.
