Pathetic hotel don't
Dirty rooms, smell like potty. Cockroches, mosquitoes and ant everywhere. Dust is in every corner. Requesting treebo to cancel membership of this hotel

Bad staff behavior & experience
familySince, i reached hotel early around 9:30 pm so i requested if i can get room before 2 pm. They said around 12 pm we can manage. So, i kept requesting after 12 pm that if it’s available then please allow me. They were completely ignoring the request and avoiding to face. Either you deny completely or if you promised then provide it. Siting around 3. 5 hr can annoy any person. Finally i got room at 1:15 pm. But, that made me sad. No person was there to carry your luggage for the help. Also, if your booking is premium then early checkin and room will be available as they were taking that request but deluxe room having no choice. Please don’t repeat this with anyone.

familyService was not up to the mark. Rooms were also too small and without a balcony. Food was tasty and hygienic.

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel. Would not recommend even to my enemies. Staff were most irresponsible. Cleanliness totally was invisible. House cleaning guys were the most laziest persons i have ever seen. People at the reception were too arrogant to bother to any request made by us regarding house keeping. I spent around 15000 rs for 3 days which went utter waste.

Cleaning
Rooms are smelling bad, bedsheet are dirty and stained. Room dinning service is very slow. Breakfast quality is not worth it as they charge

Hygiene
Rooms are not that much clean showed in picture, breakfast is not upto the mark. Breakfast is serving just like they are giving in bhandara.

Spacious room at a decent budget
businessI really liked the vibe around the place. This place is located really close to world cup square/chauraha and there are a bunch of eateries/cafes/bars/pubs on 160 which are all easily accessible from this location. Got a cab within 5 minutes during the early hours of the morning to the airport too. And they were gracious enough to accommodate some visiting friends till late night.

Poor Stay
Location is ok but room service is terrible, tv is not working, there is no hot water in the bathroom. When i tried to connect at reception i was told it would be sorted but no use as nothing was done. I won't recommend this hotel
