Happy Stay. Could be little more customer oriented

Nice comfortable stay. Single room could have been a bit larger. Food is on order basis but tasted well. Don’t expect perks. V stayed 5 nights with extra 3 hrs for checkout. Every hr delay was promptly charged. No consideration whatsoever. Little leniency would add points to hospitality.

Terrible Stay

I had booked around night 12.30 pm but hotel said no check in now you have to check in by afternoon 12 pm.. I was with my wife and kid roming through out midnight.. Till now I didn't get refund also.. You suppose to say while booking check in only at 12 pm..

Location is interior of pallavaram , decent parking was not available only 2 slots were there. Food is average , there are no near by options also . Bathroom were average and shower was not working properly.

Comfortable stay at the Treboo Premal.

The hotel was very clean, well maintained, the staff were polite and helpful. The food was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The sorroundings were dirty and noisy. Planes fly overhead every they minute.

Location was slightly interior but with google maps, we were able to find it. The hotel had good furnishing and the service was good. The best part is that they have airport drop facility as well.
