I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel despite booking through MakeMyTrip (MMT). Even after confirming my reservation directly with the hotel via phone, I was denied check-in upon arrival. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They had no regard for confirmed bookings and shockingly, allowed local individuals to occupy rooms that were already reserved by other customers. This is not only unethical but also causes immense trouble to travelers, especially families. We were left stranded and had to look for alternative accommodation last minute. I strongly advise future travelers to be cautious while booking this hotel.

The rooms are not that clean. Particularly the walls are filled with some dirty marks and there is so much dust covered in fan and ac. No tv and washroom is also not that clean.

The moment i did check in it was the start of problem. Rooms were in pathetic condition, linen not washed from ages, washroom was not clean, the washroom room did not had water during my entire few hours of stay. This was the first time that i had to checkout of my hotel in just 8 to 9 hrs from my checkin time.

Had a great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very attentive to our needs.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was hit with an overwhelming stench of mildew and something rotting. The floors were sticky, and I don't think they've been cleaned in months, if ever. The room was even worse—there were stains all over the carpet and the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed since the 90s. The bathroom was a nightmare: mold on the ceiling, hair in the sink, and the toilet looked like it had never seen a brush. I found bugs crawling on the walls and even in the bed. The towels were threadbare and stained, and the water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in-between. To top it off, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful when I complained. They acted like I was the problem for wanting a clean room. I wouldn’t wish a stay at this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay—anywhere else would be better than this disgusting excuse for a hotel.

I have booked on prepaid and inform the check in time and confirmed. But when i came for check in, hotel denied because no rooms available.

I recently stayed at the grand elegance hotel and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile.

This place has a wonderful feeling of society and the kind people here improve the whole good experience.

Location is good, hygiene in room is good, washroom buckets are not clean, food was not provided, so no comments.

I’m staying here frequently since it is near to my office and i don’t have other near by options. But it is always noticed that, hygiene in toilet is always a problem here. Most of the time flush tank shows problem. And overall cleanness in toilet is below average

I came here while traveling to mysore from bangalore. The accommodation is just okay, but the food should be avoided.

Please don’t ever book this hotel. They are scammers. Asking extra money for food which is already a complimentary and hotel staffs are abusive
