Review Of Tower 21 Regency

Very Very Bad experience with the hotel. Not Maintaining any thing dirty bedsheets, Pillows,not provide blankets also. And the room is terrible. I stay with my family here atleast towel and bathroom amenities also they not provide. one least mineral water also. Not suggested to any family here. I already ask about this in the front office the package is provided only like this same like they provide free stay there. terrible experience

I got my room in the 4th floor and the elevator is not working. There is no water bottle, soap or anything. Bed sheets are not at all clean. There is not even a remote for the AC.

very very bad experience at all... Not recommended for families and couples.. 1. Poor & Rude manager and Staff 2. Ugly and Smelling 3.No electricity and Water🤣 At last say ' Nothing Is there '

Very bad room and also bed not proper clean

Rooms are very good. But room boy service not available. And also dustbins are not there.

Location is very much approachable. Food was not in the facilities. Hygiene was good. Safety was ok. The manager was a nice man.

Expectation v/s reality was really terrible
