Excellent Stay at Tirupati Prime Stay – Room 303 I had a wonderful experience staying at Tirupati Prime Stay in the double bedroom flat 303. The space is impressively spacious, with a very large dining and living area that made our group feel completely at ease. The flat is well-maintained, especially the bathrooms (have additonal bathroom , total in 3 including 2 attacheed) and comfortably accommodated all six of us without feeling crowded. The overall ambiance felt homely and relaxing, perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful retreat. One small suggestion for improvement would be to include a washing machine – that addition would truly make this place a complete home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tirupati/Tirumala and looking for comfort, space, and convenience! Thanks

The property location was good, Cleanliness is very good, Its a apartment so we can't expect the food like in Hotel, Good part is we can order food from Online portal like Zomato and others n have food with family happily 😊

Property neat and clean but doesn't providing necessary things like tissue paper and nothing in kitchen grocery. kindly rectify this things first. you want neat and clean spacious room i will recommend. but no basic nesseccery things provide.

If you are expecting something more than these items, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Our pricing is done to accommodate these basic items in the room provided for you. We can provide additional items but naturally the cost of the room will go up exponentially. We ensure that the guests are paying the least price for their minimum requirements being met.
A Truly Comfortable Stay at Tirupati Homestay
I had the pleasure of staying at Tirupati Homestay from yesterday until today, and it was such a delightful experience. Although it’s not a traditional homestay in the literal sense, the name perfectly reflects the warm and homelike atmosphere it offers. The place is exceptionally neat, well-maintained, and creates a cozy environment that makes you feel at home. Do note that it doesn’t provide a kitchen setup with utensils or a gas stove, but the essentials like four plates, a water jug, and glasses are thoughtfully available. Overall, it’s a beautiful stay option for anyone visiting Tirupati and looking for comfort with a homely touch.

Poor Maintenance,
Maintenance became poor, used to be excellent in the beginning when Mr Kumar used to handle it. Currently it's average. Not even refilling toiletries in bathrooms. so reluctant to refill water bottles after our extension to another day.

Travelled with my family of 6 and the stay choice proved to be an excellent one. The apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms was v v spacious and clean. The interiors were all well planned out. Food not there but that was not the purpose. Minerva grand is 4-5 mins drive away for food. Good parking space
