I found this property through MMT and we had a very good experience during our stay. It is a spacious 2 BHK flat with two bedrooms, a large hall, three toilets, a kitchen, and an east-facing balcony. The rooms, toilets, kitchen, hall, and balcony are all spacious. The flat is well-equipped with essential amenities such as AC, geysers, TVs in both bedrooms and the hall, a cloth-drying stand, an induction oven, kitchen utensils, drinking water, and a small refrigerator. There is also a single bed and a three-seater sofa in the hall. The flat was very neat and clean, and hygiene was well maintained. The Naivedya Athidi Gruha manager, Dhamu Ji, was very cooperative and supported us throughout our stay.

The location was very good and easy to reach. The manager service was very good and provided very good hospitality. He have even responded ti calls in the midnight as well which felt very good as we reached a bit late to the location. Im giving four stars only for the blankets which were not maintained well. They were stinking a bit and i felt itchy while sleeping or else everything was very good.

Excellent place to stay near Tirupathi. Rooms and washrooms were very maintained very well. Easily accessible to main road. Worth the pricing. Much better than regular Naivedya Athidi Gruhas and with ample parking space. Definitely recommended to stay if you are visiting Tirupathi/Tirumala.

It is excellent place to stay with family. Their hospitality is very nice. House keeping is very good. Naivedya is an excellent place to stay with our loved ones. They always keeping everything very clean. Their person who is taking care there, is a such a good gentleman.

I actually booked a full flat for my family but at the time of check-in I was told the flat is under repair and I was provided with 2 single rooms. Opt this only if you have a personal vehicle.

The flat was really good, and the interiors were so clean, especially bedrooms and hall was excellent. All of the services was really good.
